service was terrible; 1. I had to wait 30 minutes to do the check in as there was no-one at reception 2. my room was not even cleaned during my first day of stary. 3. had to wait hours to be seated at breakfast 4. rooms had plugs hanging out from the wall / fridge light was flashing and I had to disconnect it 5. only one plug in the room to plug my electronics 6. long waiting time to get a coffee at the bar etc. They are totally understaffed

No outside light on our terrace (room 175) Riz chauffé at breakfast not hot enough No welcome drink offered upon arrival No swimming pool towels provided to us but other customers seemed to have them Mistake in our room reservation. we were given a triple room instead of a room for 4 that we had reserved . when we complained to reception we were first told nothing could be done . An hour later another member of staff did find us a room for 4 but no help was offered to move our luggage from the first room to the second one and no compensation was offered for our trouble. Impolite staff member at the welcome desk of the breakfast restaurant talking on the phone and ignoring customers waiting to be seated. We were asked not to leave beach towels by the pool but other customers did and « reserved » over 20 deck chairs whilst we were at breakfast . This rule should have been enforced

Orrible. Noisy, stinky, impossibile to sleep de to the inside and outside noyse.

The location of the hotel, location of the room (3rd floor, end of corridor with terrace overlooking gardens). Mattress was good, bed large and comfy. Large gardens.

Room was not clean, terrace unswept, cat excrement in a hallway, hand basin blocked, car park flooded. Hotel in need of refurbishment, formica furniture chipped, wooden tabletop stained, floor tiles stained, mould in bathroom corners. Outdoor signposting insufficient. Some accesses to the rooms take you through the dustbin area.

Helpful staff, well organized dining arrangements.

The room was only cleaned once every three days and the floor was never cleaned properly.
