I left my make up foundation when i check-out, the staff have keep it for me when i collect my luggage at the lobby before head to airport. Really appreiciate it.

地點方便，不需幾步腳程已到達地鐵站，附近又是明洞商圈，逛夜市十分方便。入住時接近聖誕節，check in 時前檯職員送我們一份聖誕禮物，十分窩心。

Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. Not much selection. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The location is a plus as it in the center of Myeondong and there's plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby.

When I booked it online through booking.com. They quoted a reasonable price. However, When we check in the price went up by $140. After our check out, I was surprised to received a notice from my bank that they charge us for another $37.40. I communicated with them but they explained that it was probably from the exchange rate, which I find it so ridiculous. The rate should be based from the time I pay the property during check in but there was an additional charge from the property that can't be explained to this day. They should clarify this with us as this made us do confused and decided not to booked with them again. Lots of hidden charges.

I really like the location of this hotel. Close to everything and lively. Even though there are many people, I feel safe in this place. The hotel is also clean, and we have a good view, we can see what the weather is like outside. Overall experience, excellent!

1.櫃檯服務小姐態度差2.房內沒有適合台灣旅客用的插座3.沒有飲水機供房客取水4,浴室老舊5.吹風機老舊,只能使用固定在浴室牆上的老舊型吹風機,少了化妝鏡,櫃枱沒有磅秤供旅客秤行李重量6.售價不便宜,但提供的服務少之又少,房內硬體設備老舊,玻璃窗隔熱紙都破損未更新

Location was great, close to everything we wanted and staff was amazing! Anna at the reception and James at the restaurant were great in helping us with what we needed. Anna helped us book a van early in the morning and James organized our breakfast arrangements. Thank you guys!

The location- very near to Myeongdong street. near shopping places, easy to get street food & halal Muslim foods The room & bed - spacious & comfortable The staffs - helpful & approachable

1- ironing facility available but not in the room, must go down to 10th floor if you need to do ironing. 2- Breakfast- maybe can have more varieties of food especially for Muslim halal foods

リムジンバスの停留所が目の前で周辺に飲食店やコンビニや両替も多くありロケーションは良かった。

廊下で話している声などが部屋の中にいても聞こえてきて夜中少しうるさかった。

The location was perfect..the limousine bus from the airport has a stop in front of the hotel..opposite to the hotel there is a lively area with food stalls and shops

It doesn't include breakfast..the early chech in was not complimentary but you have to pay 11000 won each hour you want(8euro per hour)..

We booked a standard twin beds room for 2 nights. It was a good size room, clean, the staff is friendly. The hotel is well located (restaurants, shops, bars), also few minutes walk from the metro.

The room was comfortable with a great view to Namsan Tower just peeking in over the busy Myeongdong area through our window. The size of the room was larger than most I've seen in the same area and in the same price range. The location was great for exploring Seoul and we enjoyed our stay overall.

When we checked in, the staff member told us to access the free wi-fi with no password needed. After struggling to connect for well over a day (for a two-day stay), I called down to the front desk and asked if there was a better option. I was then told to connect on the locked network and provided the password... it was frustrating that we weren't given access from the beginning.
