Very convenient location and good value.
Nothing.

Location breakfast
Bedroom right at the back , very small and dated. Shower door Handle broken ,TV very low, shape of room. Building work near by noisy in the morning , low budget hotel and pricy for what you get

The only problem we had was the shower didn't work properly ,
water was boiling hot , and the Temperature valve was faulty , making a normal shower , with out getting burnt impossible,
I did report, so fingers crossed its resolved for the next guess !

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The cooked breakfast was always lovely. We stayed here before great location. Easy for the town. Staff are amazing couldn’t fold them.
Beds, really comfortable and quiet so you can have a peaceful night sleep sleep.
The overall was a bit tatty decorating wise. The tap on the sink in the bathroom was coming out of its little hole. One was a bit wonky was a bit worried about using it so didn’t some of the walls were cracked and looked like the paintwork was peeling away from the wall Slightly damp areas the bathroom really was the main one that was quite concerning as you go in the shower the shower rail that you put the curtain across was held up by piece of metal because the curtain pole is coming out of the ceiling so that’s how it’s held up so health and safety not great and then as we went down the stairs to have breakfast we noticed that one of the steps leading to the dining area was slightly dipped and looked like it was falling in. We escalated this to member of staff as we left.

It was lovely to stay in a traditional coach house hotel with so many original features. The location was great for the station and my conference at the stadium.
The bathrooms was a little dated
8.0
The location was perfect for seeing the historical features of the city as well as being close to shopping and a good range.of.Resraurants. the place itself has a great historic feel with all sorts of nooks and crannys to explore and the creaky floorboards and old lift add to the charm. Staff gave a friendly welcome.
Need to offer some kind of better Cooling facilities especially peak summer. Ideally Aircon but a better functioning fan would have sufficed. Plastic fans just don't quite hit the mark. Water pressure could also be better.

Not much
Very rough area.

Good location in the centre of the old town. Friendly staff.
Over-priced for what you get. "Faded glory" and could do with some investment and upgrading of decor and fittings.
6.0
centrally located
right next to a weatherspoons pub that catered for the dregs of society
7.0
It was a nice clean room with a big TV and a big fan and tea and coffee and kettle I was very pleased and there were sockets everywhere and a nice comfortable double bed I was well happy with the room and the sockets were next to the beds either side , but next time I would want a room with more soundproofing.
The walls were made of paper you could hear other people talking etc and the shower was only warm water no hot water .
4.0
Location to the city.
Damage to the bed, bathroom door, table light, loose handles on the bed side tables, exposed pipe box in the bathroom, exposed batteries on the bedroom door.

very central location, good value for money.
it is an old establishment in very good shape for its age. the lift is the old gate type which i had not seen for over 40 years. nice to see old style still working perfectly.
10.0
ideally situated next door to Wetherspoons if that’s what you like
a bit tight to park large vans as it’s a small car park but if your there before 4 you will get a spot after 6 you will struggle
10.0
very close to the town
it needs to be clean more. There was food of other people on one of the cabinets. we where surprised when we first went to the room.
8.0
The room was very quiet despite the town centre location. It was quite small, warm. There were two pillows on a single bed. Kettle, TV. Breakfast started at 7am and there was everything you'd expect and it was quite good.
8.0
Breakfast was good and they catered well for my dietary requirements. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the provision of an iron and ironing board and the bathroom was great with s decent rainfall shower
It looks tired from the outside and the wallpaper in the bedroom looked tired too. The bed was a little short.
8.0
Close to town and amenities
Its dated, needs a bit of love
