Pine Bay Holiday Resort is an outstanding Resort for family 👪 holiday, the staff are professional, polite and always willing to help despite language barrier. A very big thank you to Buse at the reception, Tahir one of the waiters, the SPA crew Umit, Berna, Murat, Yuli and Ariani. The beach with restaurant, the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool bar are all fantastic. The food was great with lots to choose from (although Asian cuisine wasn't available). The night entertainment was marvellous, we always have somethings to do during the day and night before going to bed. My children love the slides, we'll sure come again.

The bedrooms needs some upgrade

Nice location, beach nearby, friendly personel, all-inclusive.

Buffet diner: good quanatities, but poor quality and most of it lukewarm. Same for the drinks watery wine and bad coffee (except at the nearby coffee house).

Superb facilities, views of the sunset, great buffet food and a la carte dining. Nice bar and all you could want for a chilled trip.

Very loud in the evenings, the entertainment sometimes goes on at high volume until midnight or 1am

The facilities on site were amazing with so much to choose from. The entire resort was spotless and in a great location to be outside of the town but close enough to get in when you need.

We availed of the a la carte nights twice and being Coeliac I enquired that there would be something I could eat. I was guaranteed on both occasions that they could cater for my allergy. This was not the case and I was made feel like an inconvenience. (This was an isolated issue with staff and all other staff were helpful)

Great beach and location! Includes a beach head with a bar & snackbar near (very important). The resort is very well designed so that you won't feel crowded when sun bathing, even though this resort can host a big number of people. Staff doesn't get the respect they deserve. Very hardworking people! Lots of fish for a good snorkling experience. Went for a trial dive - Felt very comfortable with the instructor who was very professional and took his time for 1 on 1 instruction.

Overall, some aspects of the resort seemed a bit older. Tennis court was missing some flooring, bungalows seems a bit outdated. Watch out with the fitness equipment, as some of it was a bit rusty and thus dangerous. Could definitely hear our neighbours.

The Location was beautiful and the views amazing.

The room could have been a lot cleaner, had to request the bathroom be cleaned again once we checked in due to the bath tub being still dirty. toilet wasn’t sealed down properly and had a small Leak at the back and poor ventilation in the bathroom made is unpleasant to use. Room AC units were filthy and the bed uncomfortable. On check in no info was given about facilities or activities at the hotel. Gym was literally falling apart the machines need some desperate TLC.

All day long you can choose from a variety of activities made by the entertainment team which is awesome by the way. There are plenty of snack bars, coffee bars, anyway enough and well placed I can say. Every night there are different shows and really enjoyed them. Oh, and there is an elevator to the beach.

So, ok, because the place started in 1993 and was upgraded in 2004 maybe some things may seem a little bit old (like furniture, water taps), but as long as they are working I don't see a problem here. While the beach ia with sand, the water zone is with stones and recommend special shoes for that or you can use the ladders to enter the sea.
