Asked for and received room with a view and high level. GreatNever had to wait for lift. Staff helpful.

Firstly the room we were booked into was not what we expected- very small and no view - we had to spend another $200 to upgrade our room felt this wasn’t made clear in our booking

Great location and good view of the ocean.

Apartment was lovely and well maintained. Staff on front desk were very helpful and happy to help. View was really good and was only a short walk from the shops / restaurants.

Parking was a little tight but lets be honest, where isn't these days

We thought they could of had a bit more crockery and better quality classes. Also may be a soap dish in the barthroom 😎

Office staff were lovely to talk to and very helpful. The view from our room was fantastic,we were on the fifth floor over looking Coolangatta beach.

We found that there was not a lot of kitchen equipment if you wanted to stay in and cook your meals instead of going out.

Stench from garbage chute permeating floor lobby & room, uncomfortable sofa, dated apartment, needs painting, curtains let in early morning light

Very comfortable bed. Staff called ahead to check on our bed configuration. Great views. Fast lifts.

Bathrooms and kitchen a bit tired and need a spruce up. General maintenance needs attention ie door stops broken off, shower door not closing properly and leaking on the floor, Holes in the block out curtains.

Loved the view and location. Apartment was nicely renovated and very comfortable for 4 people.

It was very clean, however one of the sheets was stained.

Property was clean and smelt amazing. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was big and had everything you need, swimming pool and hot tub was lovely even in the cold winter. Parking and finding hotel was easy. Ocean view from one side, right on beach and lovely view of nsw from other side. Lots of cafes and food around aswell as activities.

I think the unit needs an upgrade. We were 4 adults and there were only 3 comfortable seats to sit - 1 couch and 1 chair. The kitchen accessories are very limited.
