The staff really are absolutely fantastic. Pool is very warm and the view is lovely.

The drink and food prices are far too expensive.

Breakfast selection was good.service needs improvement for a 5 star hotel.valet was great though.

The chef at the eg station is always grumpy, hardly understand english and the rest of the service staff is also grumpy in the morning and very attentive…

All quite good, nice friendly staff, nice facilities, interesting architecture, well manicured exteriors, very nice room with excellent view...

except for two things: we paid for 450Euro of treatments, the access to the Spa should be free, not charged at 20Euro per person. Even if we did not pay for treatments, with a room that costed 350 Euro, Spa access should be free, especially in the Winter! Also, the food is of high quality, but the prices are too high in the context of Bordighera and Sanremo.

it was clean and the staff was very friendly. the room was big with a nice view.

the swimming pool was not heated enough. the sea was warmer. bad surprise is the fact that you have to pay eur 20 per person for SPA and it doesn’t really worth it (too small and basic). the plage is not equipped for swimming, a bit dangerous even for good swimmers.

The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The location on the sea was beautiful as were the grounds. The spa was wonderful. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Much improved from a few years ago.

Attractive seafront location. Large, well appointed public areas. Helpful staff in car-park and on the front desk. Our suite was spacious and generally comfortable.

Price of soft drinks during "Happy Hour" (6 to 8 pm). 14 € for a coke or lemonade. The same price +/- as an Apero Spitz. Not funny when you have three children - 42 € for three small non-alcoholic drinks. The restaurant menu was disappointing for a hotel of this quality. The sofa bed and the pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable. Very disorganised breakfast service of questionable quality, compared with hotels of a similar class.

The noise due to workers in other rooms from the morning till the evening. A commercial offer would have been appreciated. The new fees to access the spa.

room was a good size with a big comfortable bed. lovely view from the balcony onto an open sea. Breakfast was very luxurious with a choice of omelets, pancakes, fruit, freshly made juices, etc. Kids and dogs are welcome.
