The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us as we needed to be at the port for a ferry.

The air conditioning wasn't as good as we would have liked the room was a little too warm for comfortable sleep.

Room a good size. Wi-Fi good in all areas. Pool clean.Breakfast very filling and excellent choice refreshed frequently. Staff approachable and friendly. Complaints dealt with promptly. This hotel made us relaxed and welcomed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, family apartment big comfortable with large balcony, breakfast excellent, amazing location, very close to the port, BESTvalue for money!!!!

Nice clean hotel in nice position, with a great free swimming pool full of inflatable toys that my children loved. It is not a luxury hotel but it really makes its job for the price we paid. The receptionists has nicely helped us with taxi booking and information.

Noisy neighbors at 1pm, the building structure amplifies a bit all noises.

I really like the location of the hotel and the room in general. Breakfast was good.

The wall was soo thin, so I could listen to everything. I don't know if it was only my room. But when people next room talk it feel like they were in my room.

The hotel is conviniently located at about 10 minutes pleasant walk to the centre of Kos town. The room was adequate in size with a big balcony. A/C worked properly, the fridge was great too. Very good continental breakfast. Nice swimming pool open till 6 PM. Plenty of options to eat in the vicinity as well as a good choice of supermarkets. Parking in the streets was easy in finding a place.

Checked-in late in the evening and were bitterly surprised to see that the soap dispensres in the bathroom were empty. The next day while on the beach we called the reception desk to ask to fill them up but they said it was too late for the day and filled them up the next morning.

Wifi worked only with mobiLe phone not with laptop

The room I was offered for two nights was a room given to long term residents who pay a much lower rate. The decoration was so bad cheap and minimal that I could not even sleep immediately even though I arrived at the island after a long trip and was tired. Also there was not a wifi password at the room and had to ask at the reception for it where they pointed me to a post-it note stuck on the wall... Also the TV control was almost out of battery and would not function. Obviously the hotel has bad management and needs renovation. They were also completely inflexible when I asked for a later check-out which is at 11:00.

They dont have dish sponge and Liquid dishwashing detergent.
