It has everything we needed Especially I liked having an ironing board in the room. There’s a bus station next to the hotel that lets you get to the city centre pretty quickly.
The staff were very nice.
I saw some bits of spider web on the ceiling, but everything else looked clean. The breakfast was meh, but my wife liked it.

Good location friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from.
The room was too small with the sofa bed pulled out and the mattress was uncomfortable with my child waking several time during the night.The double bed was too small and another duvet would have been needed.

Zaplacený rodinný pokoj byl malý dvoulůžkový s přidanou skládací postelí. V den odjezdu jsme měli dostat tři zaplacené snídaně. Večer objednané. Nedostali jsme nic.

Kényelmes hotel, ár/érték arányban nagyon jó, nagyon tiszta volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A belvárosból busszal egyszerűen megközelíthető, több buszvonal is jár arra és a megálló 100 m-re van a hoteltől.
Nagyon kint van a külvárosban, busszal kb. 30 perc kijutni a belvárosból. A falak vékonyak áthallatszott minden a szomszédból, ami hangosabb szomszédoknál problémás lehet.

Breakfast was decent staff were friendly.
The first room we got offered we had to leave as it had a leak and the bathroom was flooded. Room 119. We then got moved to room 122 and late on the night we were getting washed and ready to go to bed only to find the sink was blocked. The next morning we were getting ready to go to Manchester City centre to find the shower had very little pressure and water was just trickling out of the shower head.

The hotel is very good in and out, sizable and clean room. The staffs are so nice and kind. Very nice breakfast and 24 hours tea and coffee. The hotel is very family friendly.

Clean room with enough space for 2
Did not have a table to sit at during breakfast. No trays available too. Had to sit in foyer to eat on my lap. Very disappointing 😞

breakfast was buffet style , bar area nice and clean and a great chilled out atmosphere
the coffee!
that's it everything else was great. it is about a tenner to get in to the city centre which wasn't bad at all.

The two rooms we stayed in were nice and we had two double beds in each room.
The thing we enjoyed the most was the breakfast. and what makes it even enjoyable was the staff was very happy to see us in the breakfast lounge. the staff was smiling to us (a genuine smile).
We will for sure go back to this hotel in future.

Clean hotel modern and comfortable room nice quiet place close to buses to central Manchester
1)Breakfast could be better with coffee machine etc
2)Parking was charged £5 a day although it was open space in front of the hotel

Location is good. Breakfast is also good. But comfort is not up to the mark.
Bed is not comfortable and couldn’t use table and chair for tiny space. No slippers and wardrobe inside room.

The car park
The hotel needs total refurbishment, room was very dirty especially sofa and carpet, water flow is very low the hotel needs a water pump and water in the sink is very complicated to balance cold and warm so you end up with frozen water, room is cold with not a proper cooling. Breakfast is very sad and very poor and lift is very slow and old. Never again!!

The whole experience was excellent. The staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us.The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and everywhere was spotless. My daughter and I think that it should have more than 3 stars.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
