Jídlo nám chutnalo, večeře i snídaně, výborné točené pivo. Hotel má přilehlé parkoviště a je na okraji Oxfordu. V okolí jsou restaurace a obchod. Ocenili jsme hlavně skvělý a velmi příjemný personál. V hotelu byl klid a nic nám nechybělo.

The hotel is in the service area so have to share parking space with other service area guest. A lot of people going around the car park.

Easy access from M40, good breakfast polite staff.

it's not that the rooms are not clean per se, it's just more that they are tired and could use a refresh - especially the bathrooms it's a great jumping off point to Oxford, but does not warrant the Oxford-inflated prices

Location was good. Plenty off parking being on a motorway services but we did arrive at 10pm. I would imagine it being difficult to park at certain times. Staff were very helpful. Price was reasonable.

Even though the hotel was clean, there was a damp smell in the corridors which spread to our room. We were only staying over one night so this was ok but I think it needs to be looked at for future guests.

Outdated, awful, serious need of modernisation.

Absolutely nothing!

The first room was completely smoke filled. We had to move because someone at our party has asthma. The location was awful unless you had a vehicle, which was not stated anywhere. Catching a bus was dangerous as there was no cross walk, you have to cross a busy highway to get to the stop to go into town. The rugs in the hallways were disgusting. Garbage was left on tables on the common area. Not worth what we paid. Very disappointing.
