The location of the hotel was the main reason for my booking. The availability of car parking on site was a major plus also. The meals that I had in the hotel (evening meal & breakfast) were both lovely.

Room tiny and not as advertised, had to reverse into bathroom to sit on loo

The room was clean, food was great, cocktails were great. Shuttle bus to airport was great
Staff didn’t check on us after getting food. Had to get up twice to ask for more items that’s they did not bring. Staff at reception are great very helpfull

AC didn’t work and room was too hot .advised that a part is needed and it wouldn’t be fixed today.
Got a fan but still disappointed as it was way too hot and I didn’t sleep well

Very convenient as it is close to the airport
It is 10 minutes walk from the airport but not easy to find as it is not indicated and you cannot see it from the airport building.
A bit old, needs refurbishment. Not really good value for money but convenient if landing late in the evening or leaving early in the morning

My flight was delayed so I missed my night’s accommodation. I emailed the property to inform them a about my dilemma, but I received no response from them. I paid for a night’s accommodation that I did not utilise.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady at the front desk! Also, the room was comfortable & it had an excellent shower. Breakfast was also great.

the location is perfect for closeness to the airport! Drinks were good!
we had an issue when we arrived to our hotel room the ceiling heater was hanging down and was a danger of falling on us as it was just when you walked in the door and above bathroom door when we arrived we rang reception and had to ring again and after an hour somebody eventually came and fixed it which was annoying as we had to stay in the room until they fixed it. they weren’t really apologetic about it either. the breakfast wasn’t nice at all , I asked for porridge and got it and it tasted and smelt like smoke, it stank! so so strange! but wouldn’t be rushing back here again as in this day in age with the prices of everything it really wasn’t worth it for the price & I honestly never ever complain & i’m really easily pleased, but I’ll be staying elsewhere from now on.
