It's located in a very convenient part of town, close to a lot of restaurants and bars (as well as a major train station). The staff were friendly and helpful.
Space was somewhat cramped and the bed was a bit stiff.

Clean hotel with good size room, largest bathroom I've ever had in Japan. Location great right in the heart of the restaurant and nightlife of Sannomiya. Short walk to Sannomiya station and subway. Right across the road from the Kobe Sauna & Spa - a must visit!

- Convenient location
- Price is about what you’d expect for what it is. Obviously have stayed at nicer places for this price point, but also worse ones.
- Beds was quite hard, pillows were decent but couldn’t save the comfort of the bed.
- Bathroom had all kind of strange stains and even some stray hairs on weird places on the wall. I didn’t get the impression that they clean very often/well

The location is convenient to transportation to Osaka, Kobe, Suma, and so on. the bed was comfy. the shower was hot (but there was only a shower-there are hotels nearby with baths so this makes it of comparably less value). No safe in the room but it felt relatively safe anyway.

The hotel is very well located. Excellent transport links to the whole region. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts incorporating Japanese and European cuisine. Highly recommended hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very easy to find from the station and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
