Staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. The parking situation is always an issue when i travel as there's usually some stupid fee or catch. This hotel simply had spaces outside, no fees or charges which was great.
The room was clean and decently sized, AC worked well.

Great location, helpful staff
I was told that using the beach cost €15 per day, but then was charged €40 for it when checking out.
No international TV channels seemed to be available.

cesenatico has good restaurants
wifi very bad, slow and constantly disconnecting. room small, no chair for desk. no electric socket on one side of the bed. bathtub and shower too high, very difficult to step in and out, and dangerous. during five days stay the elevator (just one small one for the whole hotel) did not work for four days. sea not clear, and very flat so that one has to walk in long to swim. room at € 300 / night is three times of what it should cost

Location and services and cleanliness
The rooms were not updated. Bed was VERY uncomfortable -just two hard, small mattresses pushed together! Pillows were like sleeping on a bag of socks. Terrible.

Bar, breakfast and Beach was perfekt.
The room need to be upgraded.

Breakfast was very good although I would have preferred a bit more variety. Plenty of choice although different things in different days would have been much better.
Hotel is absolutely the cleanest I've ever been.
I think for the price I've paid the room looked a bit old and tired.
Overall a great hotel though and I do recommend. Some of the personnel were a bit "too friendly".

We loved loved this place, luxurious hotel with a private beach, swimming pool and tennis courts. Exceptional place to stay, amazing breakfast with a great choice of pretty much everything you’d expect for breakfast, and super friendly staff willing to “walk the extra mile”.
