The view was beautiful.
The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the room was really cold when we get there.

Hotel has a great view and fantastic terrace where you can sunbathe. Good breakfast with sweet and savoury options.
There is no proper fridge in the room. Instead there was drink cooler hanging on the wall. This worked only few hours per day so it was impossible to fit in bottle of water or any other drink to keep it cold.

Great room with balcony overlooking Lake Garda(had to pay 20euro a night extra,They said because we booked through Booking.com) Really good breakfast. Comfortable bed and room very clean.
Arrived 20 minutes early so not allowed to book in. In an area where the temperature reaches 35 there is no Aircon in the room no fridge and no bottled water. No way of making a hot drink as no kettle or tea and coffee. If you want a drink you have to go to reception as they don’t do room service. On Saturday they had a wedding but never told us so when we returned there was know room to park.

Hotel is situated in beautiful location, staff was very polite and everyone was soo helpful. Breakfast was delightful. there were a lot of parking spaces a well. I would gladly come back there again!

Excellent view, the staff was very charming and helpful (esp Camila). Great service!
The view comes with a cost: it’s up the hill and it takes 20min to get down the Serpentine. Also the rooms are very noice sensitive.

The location is very nice, only 20 minutes of Garda. Above the lake.
We needed a code to enter the hotel after 11pm, no one did tell us that... fortunately a back door was still open.
No soundproofing.

Breakfast was good. Rooms was basic but clean and comfortable. Amazing views. Beautifully landscaped front lawn. Really quiet and peaceful at night. Lovely staff. No issues with parking.
Room was a little tired, but this was no big deal - we were not there to spend time in the room. And the view made up for it.
