Very modern, smells like a spa all the time which is wonderful. There is a gorgeous terrace to sit on and look over the sea with a drink and it’s the best. The spa facilities are also great, and all the staff are so friendly from all departments!
The location was good, we walked along the beach to the main centre or got an Uber, but if I’m being picky I wish it was a little closer but it didn’t matter the walk was lovely and an Uber takes 15 minutes max and is very cheap! The cost for drinks and food is a little pricey, however you pay for quality, the food and drinks were very good, no complaints!

Aesthetic experience and there is so much to love about the property - it offers excellent beach views with lovely sauna and pool facilities. The bar overlooks the sea. An incredible experience.

We got a paid upgrade outside booking to the new wing of the hotel - the room was very spacious, modern and with great view. The balcony was nice.
The breakfast is of very high standards, lot of variety and includes local specialties.
Nice indoor pool and spa area
The hotel highly promotes their beach on the photos on their listing but it's not private : its the Mistral Beach Club which is also accessible to non hotel guests . More than this, the main image on the listing promotes a wonderful wooden deck, with beach beds : even for hotel guests, this is priced at 35 euros per DAY per person.
The only free beach beds for hotel guest are the one on the pebble on the right of the deck, also "managed" by Mistral beach Club. In reality, there are many non hotel guests and its IMPOSSIBLE to get a beach bed. The beach club opens at 11.00, but a lot of people come at 09/10 am and use the beach club beach bed before opening but do not leave at 11.00. There is 0 control as to whom is a customer / paying customer (implementing a bracelet system would be easy...). This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to have a beach bed.
Situation is almost the same at the outdoor pool of the hotel : there is limited capacity, and on top of that the hotel is selling "day spa access" and external guests are using facilities.
Overall, during the weekend, do not expect to have a beach bed, either by the beach or by the pool, unless you get up at 08AM.
Finally, upon checkout, i got presented a bill with a lot of extras : someone had given my room number when purchasing food and beverages. It was obvious it was not me, as name and signature on the recipe didn't match my ticket (i had 1 real). There was no prior check done by the reception clerk, and we lost 20 minutes at checkout to sort this out.
Finally, parking is overpriced when you consider the availability of public spaces nearby (i should have done my own research).
Overall, a bit disappointed considering the high price of accommodation :
- guests should have preferential access to beach beds.
- Radisson should implement a digital solution for Food and beverages billing - relying on paper in 21st century is clearly not the way

The spa in the hotel was lovely together with the pool and beach club. Overall offered what was needed for a really relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Couldn’t fault anything - perhaps a later shuttle back to the hotel.

nothing was good here except a very polite staff
Not enough sunbeds, people fighting for sunbeds since 8am which made our stay very stressful. Hotel allows outsiders to use its pool (for a fee) and sunbeds so the sunbeds become even more limited plus it means that strangers have access to the premises. The business model is that hotel guests have to upgrade to more expensive sunbeds (either 38eur per day in the beachclub which is more like a disco club, the music is unbearable, or 100eur per day for a cabana by the pool) if they wish to have a sunbed. Bad food (and very limited choices) and extremely loud music both by the pool and beach. The hotel run out of towels mid-stay and had to share one towel with my spouse. Totally outrageous. Ruin directly next to the hotel which was carefully omitted from the pictures. Our room wasn't cleaned properly and the carpet smelled badly.

The hotel by itself is nice, mostly new. The main restaurant is great and the pool area is nice too
The surroundings of the hotel and the room we were in when we arrived are a disaster, especially if you stay on level 0. Some unfinished buildings are around the property which does not look so great. The room we were assigned had a totally different view than the pictures on booking.com. The inside was nice though. The garden next to our terrace was not mowed, and there is a manhole which is not even covered or decorated. I was told, after mentioning the discrepancy between the pictures we saw before booking and the reality, « Sure sir, but that it is the same sea »..no kidding. We were moved to another room, bigger but no balcony. We left the property after one night. Booking.com made sure we would not be charged for the rest of the nights we booked - i booked a non-refundable rate, so thank you booking.com for making this happen. The most interesting part is we did not even get any word from the staff, it looked completely normal to them. Very surprising for such a big brand in my opinion but that’s ok.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Radisson. Facilities were great, friendly staff and well organised even if we went early in the season. Overall we were very pleased and would come back.

The facilities were excellent. We loved the beach club and the spa. There's an indoor pool in the spa area which was a bit quieter than the outdoor pool which was nice. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and plunge pools as well. We also both had massages in the spa which we really enjoyed. The staff were all really friendly and left us a bottle of sparkling wine and a dessert each when we arrived as it was our honeymoon. That was a really lovely gesture and didn't go unnoticed. The breakfast was also fantastic.
I was a bit disappointed with the view. There is a vacant unfinished building that is heavily grafittied in the next lot. The grounds of the Radisson themselves are well kept but I was disappointed to have that eyesore in my line of sight from the room. While I appreciate that this is out of the Radissons control, I also would have booked an alternative hotel if I had been aware of it. They did offer to show me other room types but because the vacant building was between the sea and pool, I think most rooms would have had that view.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room was modern and comfortable - would highly recommend a sea view room. The food was amazing also - I have multiple food allergies & was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options as all allergens are listed at each station. The staff in The Caper Grill & pool bar were also very accommodating in this sense. The hotel is situated about a 5/10 minute drive/35 minute walk from the old town. Perfect if you are looking for peace & tranquility but also want to experience the culture & energy of the old town.
