The property was opposite Arab centre, convenient to Raffleles Square, MRT, Suntec. Taxi ride to most places very reasonable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Apartment rooms were a bit tired but clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows were heaven! Pool was fantastic, didn’t use gym but looked new, clean and again, well appointed.

1) There is no electric socket in the living room near TV or dining table. Only 1 socket on another end near the floor that if you charge your phone , your phone will be put on thr floor.
2) There is no electric socket in the second bedroom.

7) living room curtain is half transparent. Meaning no privacy at night in living room

Location is good, highly accessible -close to mrt and with many food options. Parkroyal suite (2 bedroom) was very comfortable and had a great view especially being on the upper floors. Good service-always greeted with a smile and the team tries their best to accommodate our requests. We will love to be back again!

Due to covid restrictions, breakfast was packed. Could be much better.

The first apartment has very bad musky smell and air con was leaking. Thankfully, got a change of apartment for the 2nd week of stay.
