Really good Value for money. Bed very comfy. Towels clean and fluffy. Pool clean. Food good in restaurant. Staff nice. Breakfast nice fresh cooked eggs how you like them.

Pool was filthy and was overlooked by a building site, room was filthy and not cleaned during the stay, no clean towels in room. It was my third time in Siem Reap and be aware taxi drivers at airport will try to sting you for trip out at angkor wat, we got a hard sales pitch that lasted 30 mins. Also do not take $100 bills, get low denominations.

Location was great

Despite the booking including breakfast - we were told that they did not provide it - we saw the breakfast room but it had clearly not been used for some time. Despite offering a free airport pick-up, when I contacted the hotel they said that they didn't and offered a taxi for $15 - we got a Grab for $6. Some idiot had over chlorinated the pool - I dived in and it immediately felt soapy which is a sign of alkalinity - the smell then caught my throat and I immediately got out - there was nowhere to shower off by the pool - so I had to run upstairs to clean off - I was in the water for less than a minute and my silver jewellery turned black! I strongly suspect that the level of chemicals in the water was dangerous - however I didn't suffer any after-effects. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool - unfortunately they are demolishing and rebuilding the buildings opposite - which meant noise, lights and activity all night as the workers are living on the site. The room was not cleaned in the 5 nights that we stayed - nor was any water, towels etc. left The safe didn't work I specifically picked a hotel with breakfast included and paid a bit more because of that - to then be told breakfast wasn't provided was outrageous - if I hadn't paid in advance I would have walked out.

Great location and quiet at night. Room was good size, good selection of tv channels, and shower was good.

There was a leak from where the toilet bowl meets the tank. I reported it on my second day in the room but when I left on the seventh day no one came to fix it. The bathroom floor always had a layer of water on it. Ants, lots of ants. Impossible to have food or snacks sitting anywhere. I ended up keeping mine in refrigerator which kept them away.

Because of to less guests there was no breakfast The 1. Night they gave me a bad room : no view no safe 1 time they forgot to clean my room
