景色が最高でした。スカイツリーが窓から見れるのと夜景綺麗。 駐車場も24時間出し入れ可。 チェックアウトしても18時までは止めてておっけいでした。

お風呂場に換気扇がなくめっちゃ熱気が籠るのが気になりました。 部屋は温度調節はできますが冷房暖房とかは変更できませんでした。

Clean rooms, great location nearer to subway. The hotel provides shuttle service to nearby Subway and disneyland. The breakfast menu was vast and filling.

You have to pay a lot of money every time you want to use the swimming pool.

スタンダードルームでしたが、部屋も広く清潔で大変良かったです。 あと個人的には朝食ビュッフェにカリカリベーコンがあり大変美味しかったです。(しっとりとしたものあります) 朝に配られる新聞も前回宿泊していたのを記録されていましたので、これも良いサービスであると思いました。

私は車で行きましたが、電車の場合は少し駅から距離があるかもしれません。

Excellent view(s) - I did not get a room with the Sky Tree view, however, the other side was also delightful with many sky scrapers and the Kasai Rinkai Park ferris wheel with its lightshows at night. Excellent quality/price balance. Excellent restaurants in the hotel and nearby - tried the fine dining one at the 21st floor and the nearby Volks 21, the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The room would be cleaned daily and the staff would give me two water bottles each time. Most of the staff members spoke good English and helped me and were patient with my questions. A very classy hotel with a good price. No wonder there were hardly any rooms left.

The breakfast could've been a tad more diversified, but considering you could probably eat and drink as much as you wanted, it sufficed. Also, the price for the laundry service was quite expensive; if you're planning to stay here for two weeks like I had, prepare to spend a couple hunnid bucks to have clean clothes. Many people complained that it's a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station, which is quite a walk in the summer considering the 36 degrees Celsius temperature and 80% humidity of Tokyo. I did not realise how difficult this could've been before embarking on my journey to Japan. But it was a fun and helpful experience - getting a gym session's worth of a workout just by walking to the subway. It helped me acclimate better to the summer weather of my own country, which is just as hot but less humid.

I arrived late and the restaurant would not allow me to order any food even though they were opened.

The property was very clean and located in a quiet area. The rooms we’re spacious and more of a western style hotel. The property granted our request for 3 separate beds which reduced room space but it was still manageable. The hospitality from the staff was great as was housekeeping. Free shuttle to Disney and back was very convenient and also offered airport limousine service at a good cost. Highly recommended!

Room was big and comfy. View to the city. Location relatively close to subway (10 min walk) and close to city central and atractions by subway.

Excellent hotel in a fairly quiet neighborhood for Tokyo.

We needed Covid tests before boarding a cruise on a Saturday and the staff simply was not able to communicate with us in English. My wife was born in Tokyo and we have visited Japan many times but this was by far the worst experience.

Great hotel. Very beautiful. Feels like 5 stars for me. Service was very good, rooms are spacious and cozy. .Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Location is good 10 min walking to Toyocho station. I could reach all over Tokyo by Metro. I got the North side with the Skytree shining from my window. Hotel is very clean. They are very restrict with Covid 19.

We couldn't enjoy the beautiful Lobby when the restaurant was closed. It should be open all the time for the guests like every normal Lobby.
