Big rooms comfy beds and other furniture

Swimming Poole is rented Al day for other private academy not accessible for guests during this time

The staff were extremely warm and helpful especially the guy who checked me in on 9th July 2022(forgot the name) @5am.

Nothing was there to like.
Room and bed too small. Toilet flush was not working all the time. once some1 come and clear then again for next time it stuck. Shower was broken. Made booking for 2 rooms for 4 Adult and 2 Children but in bookings for breakfast they got 1 adult and 1 child in each room. No online payment facility so have tu use cash. First time had a bad experience like this. WORST STAY IN LIFE TILL DATE

I booked for 2adults and Child age 11. For breakfast we were charged additional for child of age 11.
Small room. old property. ok for few nights stay. smoking smell in corridors.

Worst staff specially the night receptionist who is arrogant and disrespectful. he even said to me that "You can leave the hotel right away" at 3 am in the night. and everyone is just intrested in getting his money first. this is applicable to the restaurant as well where the waiter will first ask you " how are you going to pay?" instead of showing you the menu first.
