Prachtig hotel met goede service. Mooi zwembad, dichtbij het strand en een prima ontbijt.

Pretty much everything. Quiet calm hotel in busy Patong.

Front reception staff. Arrived late at night exhausted from long flight. Reception staff slow , no help getting into hotel reception from taxi. Used better service at similar hotels in Patong.

The location of the hotel is excellent

When I entered the hotel, I was surprised to request an additional 4,000 baht for my seven-year-old son, knowing that I accompanied him during my booking from Booking and I felt ridiculed by the receptionist + The room cleaning service was not at the usual level, as it was the fourth time I lived in this hotel over the past years, which made me go to

We can’t sleep because there is restaurant playing music and singing till late night There is no room service after 11 The hotel doesn’t worth the amount

Convenient to the beach. Just two minutes away. Super friendly and efficient staff. Should you tire of the Thai food..try the fish & chips. Lovely pool and spa …child friendly **If you have a late flight back, hotel will safely store your bag AND if like me, you like to shower before you travel..hotel gives you access to the pool shower 😎

1. Entrance can be confusing. The bar is opposite the beach and I witnessed lots of travellers arriving at the bar, totally confused. 2. Entrance is on a side street…make sure your transfer/taxi drops you off here.

Even though it’s 40 years old it’s still amazing! We loved the pool access room, and the room was beautiful! The best thing is the bar and restaurant at the front of the resort! Great food, cocktails, and wonderful staff! The nightly band playing was sensational, it really added to that holiday feel!

Not really, the pool deck is getting a bit tired but it certainly didn’t effect our stay!

The room (second floor, balcony to the pool) was big, clean, and modern, we loved everything about it! The pool was amazing too. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast buffet highly recommended! It was the perfect place to relax. One street away from the beach and walking distance from so many restaurants and bars, yet completely quiet inside of the room.

I wouldn't recommend a room next to the pool (either you don't mind about your privacy or just keep the blinds closed the whole time). Happy we didn't stay in one of those rooms 😊.

I found gum on the side lamp .. i asked for a late check out ..after checking availability i was asked to pay 500 baht extra for each hour im going to stay longer . I didnt like that

The property is in a great location, much better than expected. the food is really amazing. And finally the rooms are really clean and spacious. overall really enjoyed our time there

overall their was nothing to complain about, if an nit picking then the pool was too cold 😂

The hotel is decent for the area, the rooms are big and clean.

There is absolutely no soundproofing, you can hear everyone talking outside at the pool. They also start using electric drills very early in the morning in the part of the hotel that is under construction. This woke us up almost every morning. The reception staff is absolutely clueless. They don't understand english, they are not helpful, and they were not able to arrange airport transfer for us on the way back home. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel priced like this one. Therefore, this hotel is barely worth half the price they are asking for.
