Proximity to the airport. Room is large as is the bed.

Booked a "superior deluxe" room. It was neither superior nor deluxe. TV remote didn't work. Air con dripped constantly which was an issue before arrival as a face towel was placed under it. Room hasn't been refreshed in 5 years, that includes the bedding by the look and feel to it. The inside of the fridge was a disgusting yellow/brown colour. This hotel used to be great but sadly no longer the case. You can rent an entire apartment for less, that includes in the centre of cebu. It's a shame but won't be returning again. The last stay here wasn't great but gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was only a few months after the big typhoon. To do nothing at all to fix issues after a few years and charge nearly 3k pesos a night for a room in lapu lapu is unacceptable in my book. Their standards have become like the rear facing room views or "sea view" as they call it. It's a real shame, was once a hidden gem and an immediate go to if flying in or out of cebu. 4 years ago I gave it nearly a perfect score with a review. Never again even if they halved the room price. All round a very disappointing stay

Not satisfied with the room, the air condition was dripping water.

The big thing that I don’t like is no elevator, especially if we have luggage’s to carry and the toilet paper holder is too high.

I had a great time at Cebu Dulcinea Hotel and Suites. The best thing about it is the location. It's so close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers who don't want to deal with traffic or long drives. The hotel also offers pick up and drop off service, which is a nice bonus. I stayed there for one night with my family and we enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the friendly staff. we didn't get to try their breakfast because we needed to leave early for our flight but I am sure it will be good because they pay attention to details. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families who need to catch an early flight or just want a convenient place to stay in Cebu.

its close to the airport which is very convenient. the receptionist was very hospitable

we tried two rooms and there were bugs/cockroaches in both of them. since we didnt feel comfortable we spent the night in different hotel. we havent recieved the refund so lost the money
