The service and excellent breakfast. Good property for kids.
Rooms in particular bathrooms dated, noisy fan and air con. Didn’t like swim coach telling guests to move out of their lessons way. Hot dog at sports club bad.

The beds were the most comfortable. Sofitel also has floral arrangements! Loved it.

The best carpaccio ever......
The grandeur of the hotel, we really felt welcome by entering the lobby. It was a bit overwhelming. Beautiful big lobby, very atentive always smiling staff, everybody is in for a little talk. The gardens, the hotel, it all looked really nice. For us it was a privilige staying with you.

Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service.
Hotel is well kept and got style.
Bed is comfy and toilet is clean.
Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall.
Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

The Manager (cannot recall his name, he is of Philippines nationality), who oversees the Lounge. He was extremely helpful and warmth, love his service and personality.
Swimming pool and gym was quite a distance from the room.
