The Sky TV was great. Staff was very helpful & friendly. New spa pool just arrived too. The games room is handy when travelling with children. The microwave was new, modern and clean in our kitchenette.

It's very far from the city centre. The mattress on the bed was so soft, I had back pain the entire stay from it. The bathroom was dark and dated. Not sure why the walls were dark purple, or why the vanity was placed so low, in the height of a child?? I had to seriously bend down to use the sink. The pool wasn't heated, even though it said it would be. And the plunger was old, so my free coffee was very gritty, undrinkable. Whilst the staff were very friendly, I would never come back; it's just too dated. For what we paid, I expected better.

Clean, nice welcome

We were greeted very warmly on our arrival. The accommodation was really good and well looked after. We enjoyed the pool and the spa was very much enjoyed a great way to wind down. The games room was a welcome distraction and enjoyed by our family. A short walk to the shops and even though it was on a main road the traffic was not an issue.

Second time staying here the rooms are nice and the staff lovely. Though not as comfortable as last time, it was only because when booking the room was all we could get and it suited where the area we wanted and we enjoyed our last stay, next time hopefully we will be able to get a room more suited, so this time around was nobody's fault.

The fact we couldn't get single beds but as mentioned no ones fault, just booked out when booking.

Hosts were brilliant and made us super welcome. Spa room was fantastic. 2 bedroom unit was clean and had all we needed - a little tight with 6 of us but a good place to stay.

Location was fantastic, amazing room - perfect for my family of 5. 2 adults 3 kids. Amazing in room facilities and will definitely be booking a room here next time we visit :)

Maybe the spa pool open till 9pm so I could have had another hour in there haha
