It was very pleasant even being in the modern wing. Arrival and checking in was easy. Very local to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay, received a wonderful warm welcome and were given information about the hotel and locality. BIG rooms, nicely kitted out bathroom, lovey building and well located. Would definitely stay again.

location was right in town close to restaurants, wharf and walking tracks.
no complaints - just would have liked some bowls, cutlery for our snacks/breakfast in our room. Able to get disposable from supermarket. It was clear in our room booking that it was not supplied.

Great central location, accessible to city centre and to marina/beach. Classy yet cosy comfortable setting and decor in heritage building. Got ground floor unit with shortest access to carpark for senior folks and when it came to loading up at checkout. Much appreciated.
Wifi really slow. Didn’t expect it cd be this slow. Good thing I had a separate data plan.
Crow-n- tree droppings landed liberally on vehicle in carpark lot. Better off to park outside property for the night.

The brand new bathroom, the cleanliness, the sitting areas outside the room, the location, the use of beach towels, the filtered water available

Great location and beautiful property. Stayed in the main building. Comfortable beds and bathroom.
Room was a little small but we managed with 2 of us.

The room had a great layout, was very clean, and the heated mattress was great.
There was no view to speak of from our room, looking at the bushes and fence.

Checkin, facilities, open fire, proximity to all requirements are all ticks in the box for us. We often travel to Port Fairy for our getaway and the Seacombe House is always our choice, particularly the cottages :-)
