the swimming pool and the sauna was nice, otherwise the hotel has nothing much to offer in terms of view , decent location

Buffet breakfast is varieties choices which is nice. And table that i sit is facing facing is very nice view with city view.

the toilet bowl is not good, and no auto toilet bowl to use. The drinks to serve is the room is dusty and not clean.

This is a fantactic hotel, and great location, super value for money, the hotel staff can not do enough for you, even took our bags to the car on level 6, The hotel has a salt water pool and jacuzzi with a fully equipt Gym on Level 10, Breakfast was amazing I am watching my sugar and there's tons of healthy options, you literaly want for nothing in this place, escalator access to the Intermark below which has everything you need including a food court in the basement, with 4no pharmacy's. You can easly connect to the LRT from the building 1 stop to KLCC. we swapped rooms on the last night and had a lovely view of KL, you can contact the receiption on wotsapp which is so much better and saves alot of frustration. A big thanks to Hilton as well letting us check out a bit later at 12:30pm we had a very relaxing stay, which was very much needed

TV in the room screen has slightly damaaged, we reported it and Hilton offered us another room straight away, but we didnt need it.

The breakfast was not good

The hotel is old and not maintained. The room air conditioning was super noisy and water pressure is so bad - specifically the hot water. The food is below average, specifically the Indian food is so bad. The staff don't have smile in their faces, all of them in a bad mood. The location was perfect due to malls and other shopping areas. This hotel has no value for money.

Excellent breakfast with huge choice. Lovely view from clean and well appointed room. The bar happy hour was very welcome. Staff were all tip top.

Pizza at the Tosca was sub standard, the chef could do a lot better.

The breakfast, the staff at the breakfast, the manager there, were not at all helpful or friendly. They had very few options in Vegetarian food and my request to them to make something in vegetarian for me for 6 days of my stay was turned down and had to manage with eating fruits, cereals, breads, and the same Indian dish of Idly. It was a waste of money in selecting the breakfast

Please change the shower head. I have stayed in 2 star hotels with a bettee shower head. It was useless and leaking and going everywhere. Pillow were like dead cotton wrapped up. Please change the pillows

I stayed here for 1 night for a stopover.My 1st night upon entry was disappointing,no room service menu,no one was picking my call from customer care.Guys,just a question,correct me if i am wrong,is it sinful to have a few veg.dishes on the room service menu,i mean as an international chain?And lastly,i received a mail,after i checked out,but it was in Malay😫,frankly you need to up your ethics,not everyone speak & understand Malay.

Vi havde bestilt et 3 personers værelse. Vi får blot et to personers værelse, hvor de sætter en ekstra “seng” en. Dog er den ekstra seng sindssyg dårlig og føles som at ligge på gulvet. Den ekstra seng var ikke engang lagt på værelset, da vi tjekkede ind, på trods af at vi tjekkede ind sent om aftenen. Jeg fortæller personalet at sengen er dårlig, men den såkaldte (manager), som hun kaldte sig var meget uhøflig og de vil ikke gøre noget ved situationen. Det føles slet ikke som et 5 stjernet hotel. Derudover sagde personalet at de vil sende housekeeping op til vores værelse en aften for at komme med en dyne, som manglede. Men housekeeping kom aldrig og vi måtte kontakte receptionen igen og derefter vente til dagen efter. Virkelig dårlig service. Dårligt at der ikke er en ordentlig seng og dyne til 3 personer når vi har betalt for 3 personer… Og mega dårligt at man skal kontakte personalet flere gange før man får service. Den udendørs pool ligger mellem høje bygninger, så der kommer aldrig sol. Så man kan ikke ligge og få sol. Beliggenheden er slet ikke så god som den fremstår til at være, da hotel ligger på den forkerte side af en stor vej ift seværdighederne (twin tower osv). Jeg så flere hoteller til samme pris som ligger meget tættere på centrum og sikkert er meget bedre end dette hotel. Vil aldrig anbefale dette hotel eller bestille det igen. Man skal ikke blive snydt af billederne

I made two reservations. One for two single beds, the other for one large bed. When I clearly canceled the first one, I still got two single beds. Additionally, they did not charge me Avios points. I'm furious

The location is good which it is 5 min walking distance from MRT. In addition, it is located at inside of a mall which there is a super market and restaurant as well inside the mall.

The toilet was overflowing about 11 PM and i called the front desk for sending house cleaner to clean it, which I was waiting for about an half hour to arrive.
