Location

The room where we stayed needs replacement of old carpet/mirror and most importantly modern temperature control system. We missed indoor games facilities during hot weather (1to 4 pm)

They presented some wonderful hospitality.

The staff are exceptional. The grounds, the pool, and the beach area are spotless and beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. We also loved that you could pick up bikes and ride around the grounds for free.

What can I say. The staff at the St. Regis made our stay there most memorable. Starting with the welcome team Zakaria, Kunal and especially Jeeya. What a spectacular welcome. Thank you so much for all the special attention you gave us. The Susegado team and the beach staff...Nitesh, Sahil, Tejas, Sourav, Paul the bartender, Salim, Shaik, Nityanand, thank you for making us feel so welcome everyday. An of course Miri. Naro, Harshit, Chandni, Sumit, Manish,Akshay, Nikhil and the fabulous Mr. Malket who was just everywhere when we needed him. Words are not enough to thank you for this amazing holiday with you.

Room 343 could use a new bathtub.

The St. Regis enjoys a great location near to a soft sand beach. 12-hole Par3 golf course in the grounds is short but fun to play. Food options across the 3 restaurants are very good and the beach restaurant was the stand out for its ambience and fresh fish.

Staff are very friendly but over-attentive. There’s a limit to how many times you want to be asked if you want another drink when by the pool. Charges for extras are too high. RS180,000 quoted to take us to the next destination but the local taxi available out front was RS45,000 for the same trip and similar size vehicle. We asked for some shrimps, shown as a main, scaled down for a starter we could share. It was billed at RS6,000 which is approx £60. £15 a shrimp, even if they are very large, is excessive. They did waive the charge for a desert that was a cake it was hard to drive a spoon in to.

Великолепный отель! Комфортабельный, просторный номер со свежим ремонтом, очень удобная кровать. Широкий, чистый пляж. Удобные шезлонги. Территория зеленая и ухоженная. Персонал оперативен и приветлив. Отдельное спасибо отельному менеджеру Тальяне - дала много ценной информации об отеле и достопримечательностях и оперативно реагировала на все наши запросы. Есть новые брендированные велосипеды для передвижения по территории или можно вызвать бесплатный электрокар. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

Хотелось бы добавить разнообразия европейских блюд на обед и ужин

Exceptional. I’ve been my share of luxury hotels - Dubai Maldives etc and was shocked that st Regis was on the same level if not better. Not a fly in site, so clean you couldn’t spot the dirt ANYWHERE, service was unreal from every member of the staff - Rinthing needs a praise and a rise. What a team member he is. Will never forget he did for us. Thanks

Nothing. Rooms a little basic but never in room so never feel this.

This is a stunning hotel the grounds are lovely the beach is amazing and the staff are altar best we have had the pleasure of meeting. We loved staying here and would recommend to others

Because it is so nice it is popular for weddings, if I were to stay again I would check what was already booked first as this did impact our holiday however the staff did everything they could to make our time special which it was

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods staff always smiling and welcoming and willing to help.

At the bar near the reception I was charged for coffee which I thought should have been complimentary!

Бывают незначительные задержки в обслуживании, на отъезд из отеля предусмотрите 15 мин запас чтобы не нервничать

Все очень понравилось! Чистый пляж, отличное спа, теплый бассейн, удобные лежаки на пляже, свежая вкусная еда на завтрак, красивая ухоженная территория, цветущие лотосы повсюду. Отличный отель. Сервис на высшем уровне. Отдельное спасибо за раннее заселение🙏🏻 Русскоговорящих встречает приятная менеджер Talyana, которая сразу дала свой номер телефона, и быстро решала все вопросы, которые у нас возникали. До заезда читали отзывы о том, что на завтрак индийская кухня, но завтрак был хороший, все, что необходимо было: яйца в любом виде, каша, смузи, авокадо, малосоленый лосось, несколько видов сыров, разнообразие выпечки, хлеба, свежие фрукты и овощи. Очень понравилось спа и программа Индийский эликсир, который также порекомендовала нам Talyana. Планируем вернуться еще)

Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms and exceptionally polite and attentive staff (our personal butler, Phalem, was wonderful).

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery…up to about 9:30-10:00, it was good - quiet and staff were on hand to assist. Later on it was too busy - couldn’t get a table for a good 15 minutes on 1st day - and staff didn’t seem to cope well with volume of customers.

The surroundings the staff the facilities were excellent

Unfortunately there were renovations being made at the time but we given an upgraded room to compensate

Totale Katastrophe! Schlechteste Service für ein 5 sterne hotel. Masage termine werden bestätigt, und vor ort wüsste keiner bescheid über die Reservierung. Tisch Reservierung für Heiligabend gehabt im Resturant…Reservierung am abend von personal nicht auffindbar und am ende 30min gewartet. Nach Rechnungen teilweise 3-4 mal gefragt bis endlich die Rechnung gebracht würde. Kokosnuss wasser zum trinken teilweise mit total abartigen Geschmack. Das ist nicht der Standard den man in europa erwarten. Wir werden dieses Hotel zumindest in indien nicht mehr besuchen.

Villa & Grounds wonderful but staff exceptional especially service and care from Nungshilila ,Naiesh(Chef), Sree and Arvin(Yoga)…..Thank you for amazing attention to detail!

It's like a mini jungle. Lots of greenery. Beach access is convenient and clean. Food quality is amazing. The staff is amazing. They take care of every request you have. Kudos to Indira who arranged for a small celebration for my in-laws 40th marriage anniversary.

All the staff of St. Regis Goa are exceptionally hospitable and took utmost care in making our stay most memorable. This was the second time at the property, we last visited when it was called The Leela. What has made St Regis shine is ALL its staff. Each and everyone makes you feel so special. From the staff at the lobby to the culinary staff.. from the managers to the ones driving the buggies to take us around the hotel each and every one made it a point to personally approach us and greet us! Never experienced this kind of personalized service and warmth anywhere. Can’t wait to return again.
