Struttura ormai vecchia, e infatti ci sono in corso dei lavori che rovinano il soggiorno. Sarebbe meglio chiudere e riaprire una volta pronti.

Family room that accommodates 4 people only comes with 2 breakfasts included. Lacks a proper bar that is open late on weekends. Decor is lovely, but starting to look dated and is occasionally badly maintained.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center, very close to a subway station and the building itself is quite beautiful.
I stayed there during the coronavirus crisis, I thought it would be a good time to support the hotel industry. Not only have they not adjusted their prices, but the booking staff told me to just book online if it's cheaper. I asked not to be disturbed only to have them call me straightaway because they forgot some documents. The following day they escorted my friend who came for breakfast to the police station. Definitely the worst service I have encountered in any hotels.

Everything thing about hotel spot on from moment you walked through door. Staff could not be more helpful room was first class. Hotel had that elegant style lacking in lot of modern hotels. Thank you for great experience see you again soon.

The hotel decorations and rooms are Amazing and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast also was excellent with lots of choices. The room dinning menu was delicious and it offered Halal food.
