was not told that breakfast finished at nine so was very rudely informed when we entered the restaurant that we were not welcome at 9am as it had finished 1 min ago

The bed was lovely and comfortable and big. Nice towels. The staff were lovely.

The carpet was grubby and rucked up, the bathroom grouting was also tatty, I was disappointed as this was a superior room. No one serving at the bar on arrival.

Comfy bed room was nice and warm also very quite

Shower was blocked but these things happen

We were attending an event at the venue, so it was convenient.

The radiator in the bedroom was absolutely boiling hot, and the thermostat didn't work, so we weren't able to turn the radiator off. Unfortunately the window only opened a couple of inches because of safety catches. We reported this to the reception but they took no action to rectify this and said that they couldn't offer us a different room. Needless to say we got very little sleep, it actually made me feel ill. Both my friend and I are menopausal and need fresh air and a cool room to be able to have a decent night's sleep. Disappointing.

Nice welcome, no fuss, not luxury, but clean and everything you need for a good night's sleep, in a good location at a great price.

Thin pillows, and the bathroom plumbing spring to mind - but nit picking really.

Great location and good value for money.

Beds and pillow are not comfortable. Maybe due to ages or need to upgrade soon.

Absolutely nothing...carp!!! Don't bother booking...couldn't get my car under barrier to carpark ..was told to park on road ...blue badge gives 3 hours max... told to leave luggage and park around back and hike in rain up 2 outside flights of stairs... on website it says height barrier at times but no specifics as to when it's removed....probably never........nearest Rounabout with a bivvy and bucket would be more accommodating.......... steer well clear! No goodwill gesture of refund either...therefore an honest review!

View from room was nice. Breakfast included in price was a positive.

Decor in the room was fair rather than finished to a good standard. Towel size was quite small.

Affordable, close to Rochester, comfortable, clean and pretty quiet as hotels go. A pretty good find and I'd stay there again.

Not really soundproof, but much better than most will ever be.

Breakfast was good although had to keep asking for things ie eggs,bacon,bowls,milk. But the poor lad was on his own

Parking....one disabled space which had a black merc parked in it without a badge(yes I had asked about it) had to park on a carpark around the back and climb up god knows how many steps. Maybe staff should check disabled and reserve the space. Room wasn't the cleanest and needs updating. Noisy with a party and slamming doors and the lift stunk of weed. No heating
