The hotel was gorgeous with a huge and comfy bed. The TV functioned really well with YT, Netflix and Amazon Prime all for free. Moreover the bathroom was the best favourite part: modern shower, set of shower gels and towels. Mini fridge with 4 bottles of water and a Nespresso Machine for coffee. I'm really satisfied with the facility and I would definitely go there again one day!

As for the hotel, I found that although it was small, it had all the amenities. Recent flat screen TV with access to Netflix with an account to enjoy. Near the bus stop

I don't give more stars, because I had to get upset and contact both the hotel and Booking several times to send me the invoice. This is something they should have given me upon arrival as the hotel was already paid for, and not 2 months later..

Nice and cozy place. Room has smart TV. The room space is fine. There's also a desk.

Although there are bus stops close to the hotel and despite the public transport is free, the hotel is quite far from the city centre, main tourist attractions and restaurants/bars zone. The shower has no door, so eventually the bathroom becomes into a small lake.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, bed was OK.

Noise from bar below was horrific. Super loud until at least 1-2am each day. No sound insultation from it whatsoever, the noise just echoes up the staircase from below, and the room was literally shaking from the bass. It was like trying to go to sleep in the middle of a nightclub. Absolutely appalling. Then traffic on the main road its next to starts at 4'ish, which is very loud in front facing rooms (room 7). No sleep really for 4 nights because of this, which kind of defeats the object of staying in a hotel.

The Space from the room is excellent and it was really cleaned.

A lot of noise from the bar and the staff talked loud in the corridor.

We have been invited to a party, a birthday celebration of the Hotel owner.

1) hotel manager ignores or forgets our asks 2)it was impossible to sleep due to loud parties like in the night clubs each day till 1 am even with berushi. We asked many times to turn off music or at least decrease the volume -they irgore the request. 3) a lot of dust in the room 4) they have not changed towels, only if we ask, then next day they may do it 5) drainage in the shower cabin is not working properly 6) construction works yearly in the morning. 7) as my wife was a refusege from the war in Ukraine, she saw like bombs and rockets fall to the town, it was impossible to sleep or stay in such a noisy place for us so we decided to leave the hotel earlier and ask to return the part of money for rest of the stay which we will not use. They declined all our asks. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen.
