Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Bedienungspersonals beim Frühstück.
Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, das Badezimmer sehr klein und nicht sauber. Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 harten Eiern, einem Becher Joghurt Butter Marmelade u. Brot und Dosenpfirsichen

The location is great, basic standard which was exactly what we want from a hotel room as we spend all day exploring. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful in recommending a family run Greek restaurant for the two of us.
The breakfast orange juice drink was very odd and there was a long dark hair in the bath/shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, central and close to everywhere on foot. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast, even though extremely simple, is a nice touch.
When we arrived we got a different room to what we booked, the staff member explained that this is due to unforeseen circumstances with another guest, however, due to this we got a very small sized room with only one bed- luckily only stayed 2 nights. The biggest problem we had was the extremely strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The window was open when we got in but this did not help air out the room... we tried to cover up the smell with sprays etc but it was too strong and undefeated. When speaking to the owner the next morning he said he cannot control what happens in the rooms, which I could not agree with as other hotels are able to put a stop to smoking in rooms, also the ashtray provided in the room was rather encouraging for those who wanted to smoke. Perhaps a split for smoking and non-smoking rooms would solve this issue going forward but it was very disappointing for us.

The location was great, Plaka is a very beautiful neighbourhood - and we were very close to the main attractions, we mostly walked everywhere!
The breakfast was almost the same every morning, but it had plenty of variety and it was quite a lot, so we did not have to worry about lunch until late in the day.
The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfy (especially great after a full day of walking around Athens). The best part was that we had an orange tree in bloom at our window - and the smell was amazing!
The lift was a bit small & didn't work every time, but the staff was helpful & fixed it (only used it on arrival & departure anyways).

The hotel is very old moder, room is old and dark, Bathroom was small, the shower uncomfortable to use. Staff don't have hospitality minde. No value for money.

the walls of the room needed some repair, the water in the bathroom lacks pressure so i couldn't wash my long hair, and the door of the room was of bad quality, couldn't lock from the inside and wasn't soundproof. i could hear people walking in the corridor.

Very central and convenient for sights and yet very peaceful. Breakfasts were generally good. Room was quiet and comfortable and had a very pleasant view. Lift was a bonus.

The hotel responded quickly to messages sent through booking.com, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I liked that you can check in late and check out early, this flexibility helps when you have a delayed/ early flight.
We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and what was expected from the pictures on the website. The breakfast was okay but the same each day.
The hotel is perfectly located to visit the main sites of Athens, we caught the bus to and from the airport and the stop is a short walk away in Syntagma Square. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be central but in a quite area

Family run business, so keep this in mind. Not a 5 star hotel but everyone was very attentive. Location is excellent, very good for solo and first time traveler. supermarket right next to it. very good choice if you are on a budget. Room very clean, air conditioning, decent wifi. Very quiet and calm while being in the center of all the action.
You don’t have a safe in the room and have to leave key at the front desk. I was worried at first but my concerns were completely unfounded.

This place has is in the perfect location close to everything but on a quiet street. The breakfast was excellent as was. the w-fi.

Room smelt of smoke. Really old fashioned. No soundproofing so noisy too. No secure place to leave your cases. Don’t get much for your money.

Excellent location, right in Plaka and just a short walk away from other neighbourhoods and attractions.
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too!
The room was slightly old looking - could do with a little paint in places but otherwise very clean and a decent size if you’re out all day exploring. Air con is a bonus but could do with a safe for valuables.

The location is really good. Close to the Akropolis and most of the museums (15 min walking).
Staff was friendly.
The room had a musty smell when I entered, bathroom a bit old, really small shower. Breakfast was ok, you get served boiled egg, yogurt, fruit, bread, coffee (if you want to get a nicer breakfast there is the Ipanema espresso bar & bakery just around the corner which I can highly recommend)
The walls are really thin, so you hear everything from your neighbors.

The location of the hotel is the best thing about it.
The twin room and its shower were small. There was no fan or a window for the bathroom.
Our biggest issue was that the bathroom door/handle was making a loud noise if you wanted to use it at the middle of the night, the other person had to wake up too.
Breakfast was good but too much in quantity. It would have been better if they asked guests whether they want all or just some and not to waste food.

Perfect location! The hoster is very responsive, always stay in the hall, which made us feel very safe, don't need to worry about our luggage.

Really great location for a great price. Everything is walkable.
Dropped an earplug under my bed and when retrieving it noticed a crazy amount of dust balls (pic attached but doesn't do it justice). We were in a twin room and the beds were easily movable, this amount of dust takes a while to build up! We stay in a lot of budget places and felt this was worth mentioning as it could affect someone with allergies etc.

The location is perfect, 10min walk to the side entrance to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, Hadrian's Gate and many other important historic sites. Although situated in the Plaka, it is in a quiet street where one can get away from the hustle once ready to go to bed. The wifi is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice having a small fridge in the room. There is even an elevator that makes it easier to reach your room on the upper levels once you have arrived with luggage.
If I have to knit pick, maybe they can add a nice picture on one of the walls in the bedroom, to make it more homely.

Great location family run hotel very clean and lovely! Perfect for my stay but only one issue that I'm unsure if it's a regular occurrence or if I was just unlucky.
Some guests (female) were coming back drunk and loud at 4 am slamming doors and shouting on the phone for almost an hour. As I was leaving at 5 am this was an issue for me. I'm not sure if this is normal cluebtele or if it was a one off an ibwas just unlucky. I hope for the latter because everything else was perfect.
