We did checked out earlier and let us see the rooms.
The place needs desperate refurbishment, the duvet was a bit smelly and I find it overpriced for what offered. Make sure you see the room before you book in advance

The location is great. The staff is very friendly.
The room was not tidy. Naked power outlets with dirty floor and water infiltration in walls. Really need maintenance as the property looks tired.

The decor and views were amazing! Easy to get into town and interesting places to eat and convenience stores nearby.
Mostly perfect and I am really fussy. The only thing I can comment on here is the fact that the massage/spa area is a bit basic. The hotel should make more of the views.
