Single room 101 is a bunker, there is a window but no sunlight at all, window view is awfull, houskeeper left a cleaning equipment outside the window. Bed is super uncomfortable, backache in the morning. Property misleaded me I asked before stay.

Everything perfect as always! It's the second time that I choose this hotel.

It was cute, I liked the Alice in wonderland theme.

It was very loud all the time. Between the buzzing of the doors, snoring people in neighboring rooms, people in the kitchen banging dishes, and general city noise it was a lot. Thanks for the ear plugs but maybe insulate the rooms more.

Must be amongst the best locations in Bilbao in the centre of the beautiful old town. 5 minute walk from metro. Very friendly staff and good responses to advance questions. Modernised like new apartment. Extremely comfy bed. Good shower, good breakfast

Due to the location it is quite noisy between midnight and 1am however that is the same with most city centre accommodation. No door or even curtain between rest of apartment and toilet is not so good marks this outstanding accommodation down a touch.

The room has no window, unfortunately :( In the description, the view was indicated as an "Inner courtyard view" and I could not "translate" it as "no window/no view at all". Imho this important detail should be communicated better to be clear for everyone :)

The windows are the original ones, beautiful but there is no good isolation with the noise from outside. Las ventanas son las originales, muy bonitas pero no hay insonorización con el exterior.

Super location, right in the center, the glass windows were very nice. The bed was amazing, super comfortable, I've never slept better.

Perfect location in the old town area of Bilbao. Clear instructions given about booking in despite the absence of staff when you arrive. Room was pleasant and breakfast was good and convenient. Really pleasant staff when I eventually met them in the morning.

The eco toilet is a good idea but was somewhat noisy during the night. Possibly there was a technical problem with it that applied only to my room.

The location of this Pension was excellent for exploring the old part of Bilbao. There were excellent tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby Plaza Nueva. We walked to the Guggenheim in 15 minutes along the river. There was also a taxi stand nearby so we were able to get out to the airport easily. The breakfast was plentiful.

The shower floor was very slippery and needed a mat. The bed was reasonably comfy but quite small. The water system was odd and made an extremely loud noise every time it was used, but only a very short noise.

Location excellent but could do with double glazing in the windows . Breakfast was basic but ok.

The location right in the middle of the Old Town is amazing. It does get noisy at night but you expect that considering where you are.

It fulfilled everything they advertised

The location could not be more central, right in the heart of Casco Viejo, and within a walking distance from everything really. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, of a good size and with a really nice mattress. The staff was very friendly, even during the short time they could be found at the reception. Breakfast is pretty basic and you need to help yourself from the kitchen which has the necessary appliances but is rather small for sitting down to eat.

The only thing you should keep in mind is that because it is located so close to bars and restaurants it can get quite noisy, particularly on a Saturday night.

In the middle of Casco Viejo, close to all the major attractions. Everything within walking distance. We were driving a van, but Aliciazzzz found us a parking saba, which was 10 minutes walk downhill to the pension.

Noise didn’t bother me but it could some. I think that’s what you get with such a central location though. I was bothered by the lack of hot water. it didn’t seem to last that long at all!
