The room not completely clean the wardrobe no one clean it and inside was leave a dirty pillow case mini bar not clean has used bottle of water inside chear handle broken... TV channel not clear...

Staff helpful and pleasant. Good location, corner room with big windows, bed was comfortable, good pillows.

General air of neglect, room unclean and dusty, things dumped on the floor, wardrobe had rubbish in it, things were broken, shower only produced scalding hot water even when turned off. Street dwellers outside sniffing glue and sleeping on footpath. I cancelled the third night and moved. I must say, the young man at reception only charged me $5 for doing that instead of the full rate of $16.50. He spoke excellent English and was the best thing about this hotel.

Very central

The room we had on third Floor had No Windows at All and was so terribly hot that it was not possibly to sleep. It was dusty and dirty, and there was No hot water. We have booked 1 room with double bed and two rooms with single beds but got 3 rooms with singlebed. When we arrived late friday evening the staff didn't seem to know that we have booked..... I dont think it deserves 3 stars....

The room was very clean and quite large. Most of the staff were friendly. Good value for money. No bugs in room. Good hot shower, and the floor dried quickly. They organized a tuk-tuk to the bat caves and gave us a map of the town. The location was very central. Nice furniture in room. We stayed 2 nights and could have easily stayed longer if we'd needed to.

The lighting was a bit dim. One of the staff (a middle-aged woman, maybe the owner) was a bit indifferent to us and told us when we asked for an estimate that it would cost $5 for a tuk-tuk to the train station which was ludicrous. Not a big deal but just be aware.
