Among the many good things that I liked, I was very happy that we were seated in the conference room for a family reunion.

That the pool was closed. But that had been forewarned.

Everything was just fine, room perfectly clean and comfortable, good breakfast. In dorr pool thal looked nice (didn´t have the chance to use it) it had closed parking. Even when it was at the principal avenue of Rancagua (Alameda) it wasn´t a nice area, but it was close to everything.

The area wasn´t so nice.

The dinning room was comfortable and staff very attentive and polite! I was able to access the dinning room to receive friends for tea at any time!

The room was ok but needs updating! Same splash marks on the wall! Water taps a bit loose! The carpet just out of the lifts had stains. Tge air conditioning in the room old and noisy and it showed temp numbers that did not correspond to the desired setting, nevertheless sort of worked! The bedspreads very old fashioned, bed linen very nice !

The hotel is close to everything, blocks from the center, clean, everyone is very nice and it has great food!

The shower can get a bit messy, make sure you have plenty of towels.
