Me encantó la piscina infinita junto a la playa. Y la playa era hermosa, extensa y con olas. El dormitorio súper cómodo y la atención de todo el personal fue impecable. El desayuno buffet completísimo!

The ambiance and location were fantastic. The staff exceeded expectations in helpfulness and kindness. Both the beach and the activities offered by the resort were incredible.

The location, and the room was beautiful. The pool was incredible too.

None of the electrical sockets in our room worked which was incredibly annoying. I was also annoyed that check in was for 2pm and when we arrived at 3.30, we were told our room wasn’t ready. This falls below the standard of a 5 star resort.

The ocean view pool villa felt like a dream ! one of the most beautiful rooms I stayed in. Breakfast was delicious, so many options, fresh products .. The staff is so polite and helpful ! I even had a misunderstanding regarding the complimentary photo shoot and the hotel gave me additional free photos which I highly appreciated ! Location is also great, we walked around and everything was really close. Totally worth the price !

Maybe cleanness could be slightly improved: some old stains should be deeply cleaned, such as on the pool sofa. Everything else was perfect !
