The 2 Bedroom rooms are great and have enough space for 5 people
The staff,
Complaints at 12noon for music playing while we were cleaning,
And Staff Threatening child when swimming at 9pm, pool times are 830am to 930am,

The staff was very friendly
The a/c was leaking, we told the staff and they sent someone over to fix it, however it was old and he unfortunately couldn’t fix it completely.

Having to climb stairs to enter the apartment and flat batteries in most remote controllers (aircon and television).

I liked the space in the apartment. The cooking facilities the bed.

The rooms were spacious and convenient with kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The apartments are in a quiet, secure location away from the town centre and next to the (dry) river. There is also a small pool area and barbeque facilities.
The fan in the main bathroom was very noisy. Fortunately, we also had access to an on-suite bathroom. It was good being upstairs, but the steep staircase was awkward with luggage.

well maintained. just the right distance from town
the heavy doors that couldn’t be kept open whilst taking baggage upstairs . unfortunately the washing machine filter & vacuum cleaner had not been emptied & cleaned. very minor thing… I told the office people & they were thankful for feed back.

Good parking space and security. Nice hot water.
Dog poo in room courtyard. Dirty and dusty outside space. Mattress horribly old and lumpy. Pillows old, flat and dirty. Tired decor and unclean feel. Old TV. Couch not cleaned. Unfriendly reception staff.

Cleanliness, bedding had stains. Kitchen ware was not clean

Couldn’t see a view from my courtyard but still nice.
I am afraid bed was rather uncomfortable , lumpy

Clean, convenient , good to have accessible washing machine, well equipped
try not to get a ground floor room We had especially problematic noisy/ pacing top floor neighbours above for couple of nights. Their use of the common entry/ stairs was also noisy.

Waa close enough walk to city centre
We arrived very early and asked what was earliest our room would be ready we were told they would call us. We went back at actual check in and room had only just become available. Maybe if you have someone waiting for a room you could prioritise there room so they can not have to wait all day .
