Friendly service from reception and housekeeping staff. Modern amenities and very clean. Great location near Parap village - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Could hear other guests in the corridors, talking, slamming doors etc, though bedroom was quiet (stayed in a 1 bed apartment)

Heidi behind the desk was great, always a smile and has time to have a chat, very business oriented but a friendly concern for her customers

Comfortable bed and furniture, very spacious unit, well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking. Good location near Parap shops and market, and not far from seafront.

House keeping staff were very good. Convenient to where we visited.

Could not understand what the Reception staff said. The Air Con went off 3 to 4 times every night so the room got hot. They could not fix it. Also the shower door was half off its hinges and shower water leaked every where. That got fixed.

Parap is a lovely village and I was excited that the morning after I arrived, the Parap Market was on which was fabulous. Some of the shops there are wonderful and there is an amazing coffee shop, Mad about Coffee.

I should have stayed in Darwin, as although it is only 10-12 minutes drive, I had to use Ubers. It was very expensive for what it was and the staff were inflexible with a late checkout. I stayed for 7 nights! The room was adequate, but the airconditioner dripped onto the carpet. The pool was out of the sun, so it was very cold to swim in and it was quite small.

Clean spacious rooms

Staff did a fire alarm test at 7am..... only sheets on the bed no blankets at all in the room.
