The floors were cold and the room atmosphere clammy. The bathrooms need to be updated. My toilet leaked. The light above the sink in the bathroom emitted an annoying noise.

The safe didn’t work. The air conditioning unit was noisy. The food was poor quality

location. used mainly by airline and American business so no big parties drinking etc. a very calm quiet hotel.

room service. very clean. lovely staff. easy walk into bridgetown and near the boardwalk and good variety of quality bars and restaurants. not a long drive from airport compared to st James

the staff were the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. our room flooded, they then moved us. they took my clothes to be dry cleaned as they were soaking from the floor and they came back damaged. weren’t apologetic at all. in fact I felt vey uncomfortable for the rest of my stay

Decent location. short walk to nice beach and perfect for catching the island taxis good gym, nice sized rooms

pool and sun deck area not so good poor views from my room at back of hotel

BB is generally pricier.
