Location and staff stood out.
We were not informed unit what time breakfast was and with jetlag we missed it, maybe it could be until a little later

The front desk staff was very slow, we had a flight that lasted 24 hours, and the check-in time was passed, however when we arrived our rooms were not ready and they gave us rooms other than the ones that were booked and when we objected they said that they do not have vacant rooms even though the reservation was long ago!! And they wanted to settle the matter with a free dinner!! But we refused and insisted on getting rooms for the same booking

the views, the food, the staff, its a great top notch hotel. We were recommended the JW Marriott, but glad that we chose the Belmont Instead. I'm a new Belmont brand fanatic.

Real 5*+ . All staff friendly and with genuine interest in the well-being of the guest, including staff of hotel restaurant. Room spacious and very clean, stylish and with view to Pacific. Delicious and innovative food.

Public areas were first class. Restaurant and room service food was excellent.
Staff was excellent.
Smell of paint in our room meant we had to move.
Changing temp in the shower had no effect for a long time, so you had to wait minutes for it to change.
