It’s on the river
The elevator are not enough

Facilities and room was good
Staff can't speak and understand English. Not much vegetarian options in breakfast.

Nice serviced suite-style apartments. Comfortable bed. Nice view of Hangzhou, its river and skyline.
There isn't a restaurant except for breakfast. It is made for self-catering, with cutlery and cooking items, but the only shop in walking distance is a small corner shop. This area is under development, so most of the surrounding buildings are under construction.

Ultra modern spacious apartment overlooking the river. It's better than Shangri-la, Hilton , Hyatt Mandarin hotel in Singapore.

A bit noisy, but it is not a big problem and will be quiet after the construction nearby.

Very pretty rooms with very nice removing and very new but...
Have BED BUGS not only 1 room they change us to another also have we check 6 beds!! All have no take the big 3 rooms as no clean
