冷房設備が無い

Tout était exceptionnel : Le personnel, la décoration de l'hôtel, la vue de notre chambre, les espaces communs, les extérieurs ! La chambre est magnifique et on s'y sent très bien. Les futons étaient aussi très confortables. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient incroyables et copieux, c'était un pur délice ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel ! Merci pour ce moment :)

Great Onsen and food

The pillows are not very comfortable

the property charged us extra 22,000 yen for just 1 extra person. Booking.com also didn’t allow us to book 3 pax per room even though it states the room fits 4z the hotel clearly took the opportunity to over charge us

The location was nice, great view and air, and the staffs were hospitable.

Very long check-in time, had to queue for 20+ minutes. The outdoor onsen is a nice experience but the water outdoor is not the cleanest.

Everything was amazing

You couldn’t almost be in the room because of the old cigarette smell. This destroyed the stay especially during sleep time.

The beds are comfortable and the onsen is nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful and flexible. We had to shorten our stay due to poor weather conditions and they did not charge the night.

A lot of options with our stay which was not aligned with the price of the room. For example, breakfast was not included. The dinner is not included which is fine but if we want to have one it was charged 7000 yens per person. You need a car to travel around and there is no walk from the hotel. The hotel has no cachet whatsoever
