Very futuristic

1. The personel is nor very friendly. They propose to accomodate 3 persons in one king bed. 2. If you need an extra bed you ll have to pay extra even the booking is accepted for 3 persons with breakfast. So they recomend us to make a booking from booking for another room. An extra room. The room is small and not suitable for an extra bed. 3. We pay for 3 breakfast but we get only 2 becuase you can’t get an early breakfast if you leave before 7 AM. If you want so you have to announce with 48(!) hours before. I mean when we arrived. Very inflexible and arrogant staff at the reception. 4. If you want a paper cup to get a coffe outside the feeling is that you stoled it. They gave us 2 paper cup but “no one should see” 5. The curency exchange machine from the lobby is a scam machine. The rate offered for USD is significantly lower than you can find everywhere else. 6 A good aspect is for a guy fron concierge who gave us good info about what and how tot visit in a short stay.

was attending TTSH hospital..acroos the road the 2 pools were great the gym was very very bacis neds more options other than just the free weights and treadmill a lot better than nothing but limited space and only one "pin" machine..fine if you are there alone the room i was given a key to was already occupied..much to my suprise and the paeronb already in the room...i arrived 10 pm from QF1

probably a cultural thing but cold sausages and cold bacon were not expected

Hotel is ok, Unfortunately the pool was out of action during our stay so we really only used it to sleep. It's close to a shopping centre and easy to use train network

Emplacement au top avec une sortie de l'hotel vers la station MRT Novena. Chambre propre et nettoyer tout les jours.

La piscine qui était en travaux. Au vue de la chaleur sur Singapour, nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour la piscine car nous étions avec notre petite de 5 ans qui était déçue de ne pas pouvoir en profité surtout que la chaleur était intense. De plus à l'arrivée comme au départ, je ne trouve pas le personnel très accueillant.

Absolutely loved level 22, tea and coffee anytime and awesone swimming pool. 2 minutes walk to the train system. The staff were diverse helpful and friendly. Especially Collin and Faith.

The room was a bit small

Clean, convenient with food-stalls in the basement and connected to mrt. One of the best hotels that I stayed in Singapore

Dont have bidet. Thats the only thing I wish they added to the hotel

Ease of access from the MRT, directly from the airport. Also allowed great connectivity to explore the city. Swift check-in allowing for a quick and much needed rest after a long flight. Very comfortable bed and great shower and facilities in the room.

The location is great, the hotel is just above the novena MRT

Room was old and not clean, my bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the blinds were broken
