The location was perfect. Spacious room. Forthcoming staff.

The wash basin did not work properly. We could not use it at all during our entire stay. We did inform the reception about it upon check out. He was thankful for the info.

Breakfast was a good selection and in keeping with any other good hotel. The location is ideal as you can get to the shops and restaurants by foot in a short walk. The offraod parking at the rear of hotel was ideal for our motorcycles as well.

Liked everything, especially the helpful staff who were very helpful.

My room as on the ground floor. BUt in fact my window upper level was on the level of the footpath. It was very disturbing when a group stopped to talk at my window. Both morning I waked up early, because the strong smell coming from kitchen fullfilled the room. I could not open the window because it was closed by key, so I was sitting in the smell of the kitchen. The worst room in the last 10 years.

Great staff. Very clean. I like the bar. It gives a special touch : you get the ibis standard and something special.on top.

I liked the room itself, the twin beds were very comfortable, the breakfast varied and tasty, the breakfast room light and cheery. The staff was patient, kind and helpful. It being a Monday, we ate in the hotel, which was so much better than trying to find a place to eat in the town itself on a Monday night.

The shower in a bath, the bath being very slippery, we decided to forego a wash in the morning. And we could have done without a tv talking away in the background right through dinner and breakfast. Also, we didn't know that we could adjust the central heat ourselves, so we were far too hot for a good sleep. In the morning we realised our mistake and saw that the heat had been on 22 degrees C, far too warm. However, that was our own mistake so don't hold that against the hotel. But there might be some explanation of this in the room.

The hotel attempted to take a payment from my bank account before we arrived at the hotel. My bank (Santander) believed this to be a fraudulent transaction and blocked the payment. This caused me a huge problem and took me over an hour and three phone calls to my bank in the UK to rectify the issue!

All were really good , great sized room . Good selection for breakfast , v good to be honest .

Might be good idea to say the tram passes close by , but I like trams lol

Very wolcoming with pets, I loved that! Amazing staff, very good actitud even at 4 am 🙂
