was Amazing and fun for the kids.

The kids had a great time. The pools, games and other activities for children are great. The buffet lunch was good value for money and the beds were comfy. Overall we had a nice time.
For us, the price was too high for what you get. It’s worth knowing that the pictures show the front row ‘panoramic view’ cabins only and that other cabins and tents are very close together. We’d have been happy with the stay but for the price and pictures we expected more.

We were so disappointed with the place. It is located right next to a Main Street. We stayed at a glamping type of room. We couldn’t sleep all night. Next day we tried to talk to the reception and they were not flexible at all. We called booking so they could help us and they were trying to call the property and sending emails. But nobody was answering the phone or responding to the emails. Booking approved our change to an inferior bungalow but where the sound of the street was not so evident. The reception after an entire morning gave as a key to the bungalow. However even booking approved the change of room and price the charged us the full amount for the more expensive room where we didn’t stayed the second morning. It was very hard to communicate with the property and even in the reception. They are not comprehensive at all and it seems there are no interest in the satisfaction and wellbeing of the clients. After all this trouble and stress we had an horrible weekend. Trying to go to the pool on the morning before check out it is impossible. The pools open at 10 am. Overall it was a very stressful and terrible stay. I even feel sad about it.

the timetables for the breakfast and the pool. little children wake up early in the morning, having to wait until 8h30 it’s not pleasant at all. the pools should also open earlier for the same reasons. Also, the bungalows let too much light in.

Restaurant - the food is very good, but only available Complete Meals prices. For small childrens, the price of the meal at dinner is expensive.
Should be available other option/prices for food if we want to eat just a soap/snack.
The Air Conditioning wasn't working in our Bungalow and in the morning it's very cold inside.
