Tunnel to the beach, location

Poor hygiene, dirty carpets in rooms and the rest of the hotel, breakfast options didn’t change for the entire length of our stay which was 7 days

Good location, good size room, clean and facilities are great!

The hallway can smell dame sometimes.

Breakfast offers different food every day and food is good kids love the deer tuin and also the turtle ^^"

The queue for check-in is a little bit too long, waited around 15-20 mins there is not a lot of lounge chair next to pool. it could be improved.

-Noise from the next room because the door that separates the rooms is not soundproof. This issue must be fixed. Buffet could add a bit more Western food for breakfast

I seems a bit run down in some parts of the hotel

The whole establishment is comfortable, with ample and enjoyable common areas, Wide selection at breakfast. Excellent location, near but not within the main street. Comfortable rooms, sizeable, with excellent sea view.

Wi-fi in the room was, at times, weak. The welcome drinks could be improved, somebody could find then too sweet.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly

It's a must to wear a swimming hat to enter the swimming pool, the aircon is too strong and cannot be put to heat.

we have come to this property for the last 10 years on and off. we loved the new addition of the arcade, shops, KTV etc. the collaboration makes this feel the hotel is much bigger. I was shocked when I came back through the beach tunnel to find all this extra shops and facilities.

the property would benefit from an elevator direct from the basement parking to reception. not a big issue and still accessible but this would be the “majestic “ level of perfection especially as I had my disabled mum with me who needs accessible routes.

We enjoy every time when we go to Howard, but this time was great. Our room was very big, clean and located in a perfect spot. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice stuff.

The deer zoo stinks of urine and excrements!! our first room was right above. I do not like going to a resort and looking at animals in cages, you have to walk by the cages every time to go to the pool--- this is totally inappropriate and the cages are too small for these large animals

The rooms that face the beach have a nice view. The access to the beach is the best! The hotel is located just at the end of the Kenting Strip, so street food and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. Note: if you going to Kenting, eat the street food, it's the best! (and cheaper than the hotel's little eatery)

The price for breakfast was honestly a bit ridiculous! My family ate a really nice Thai restaurant for less than they charge for a breakfast that is nothing special. If you can find where the locals eat breakfast, you will save a lot of cash and be just as satisfied.

We enjoyed the good view

The hotel is very old and not maintained well. Dirty carpets, dirty rooms, old furniture, no property maintenence regarding paint, floors, etc. No service at pool, no mattresses, no umbrellas. Tunnel to beach is a catastrophe, dirty, smelling. Breakfast is poor with no cheese, cold cut, yogurt, etc. All in all this is a 2 star hotel, far away from the wrongly advertised (and paid) 5 stars. The hotel holds deer in small cages on the premises, absolutely unreasonable. The pictures shown are not current, they are from a long long time ago.

it’s located in the heart of Kenting and nearby beautiful beach. Plus, there is a multi functional mall(shopping+food court+game) just by the Resort.
