Comfy bed, obv small double but two of us were fine. Breakfast very good. Excellent location - nice walk to Sham Castle and beyond. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food in Lime Tree was good value and the pizzas excellent.
Doors slam but that's understandable for safety reasons. Breakfast great but maybe could do with another counter to reduce queues.

Very clean room and bath room. Maybe shower window should be extended to avoid water on the landing area. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. Looking forward to use again.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of choice. The room was good as well.
The lack of somewhere to get something to eat in the evening on campus. Access to a microwave would have been useful for heating up a meal in the evening.

The room was basic which you would expect being a uni room, a good thing was the free wifi in each room.
Breakfast was a choice of brown toast or white toast, 2 options of pastry or a selection of cerals. The bathroom was clean but the sink wouldnt drain as there was no way of opening the plug that was stuck down

The rooms are very small... Bads shouldn't be classed for 2 people...
Lack of reception signs.... As well as block C was very hard to Find... More direction definitely needed!
Bathroom shower didn't work... Had to Moved to another room and still water pressure was way to slow..... Uncomfortable shower
No shampoo or gel for shower...
I wouldn't use it again...
I believe its overpriced for what accommodation is!
And with 70-90£ per night you can find more comfortable accommodation!

My husband and l feel very comfortable.
The only thing l don’t like about the property was, l do get to watch television, especially the news.

It is what it says on the tin, basic student or guest accommodation. Very clean but basic so no TV etc. Breakfast was also good.
It was hot. There was aircon (I think) but, no idea how it works. Also arrived on a Sunday after 4pm and nothing was open. If I knew in advance I could have brought a chilled / frozen meal and cooked it in kitchen. I would go again.

Room is neat and tidy. The bed is a bit narrow. Double bed should have been the correct size. Kitchen is very impressive. The breakfast was excellent, however, full English breakfast would have been better.

It was a nice place to stay, and the breakfast was great and filling.
It was very difficult to find in the dark, and the address will lead you to the back of where you want to go. It would be nice if the sign was lit up.

Room was fairly quiet, except for noisy revellers returning late at night. The evening catering facilities were very poor. The café bar only served pizzas and poor quality sandwiches, and closed early.

The room was modern very well laid out, security was very good on every floor, and the location was fab, breakfast was lovely, could not of asked for more.
We were in a room above the main door, so with the windows open there was a lot of activity during the night.

The room was not great for young children the fire doors were very heavy. The room was quite hot as it was summer.

I was in West Accomodation and found it very difficult to find and no-one to ask. More direction signs would help.

Good value accommodation with easy access to the city via bus which runs every 30 mins. The breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. Rooms are very clean and modern with everything you need for a short break. We used when we went to a gig at the forum as there are no trains after 21:45 back home.
The only negative is the bed which is only a 4ft double. It's pretty cramped and could be a squeeze if you're a couple on the large side.

Our room was clean and fresh. The hole campus site is very modern and clean. The location is outside the city centre but there is good public transport connection. Breakfast was very good.

The location is good, easy to get to Bath either by public transport or car. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good but could be a little better if it included eggs
