Location. This place is all about location.
Cleaning. It was barely enough clean. Maintenance can and should be improved. Lots of dogs this time. Air conditioning smells, hence should be changed.

The location was superb, the view was perfect, the internet was fast, it was quiet around, people who work there didn’t speak English but they were friendly.
The water wasn’t stable, it was too cold or too hot at the shower. The cleaning was difficult without a vacuum because of the sand and kids. Handwashed cutlery and plates didn’t make us feel clean enough.

The room was spacious but sparsely furnished. The bathroom was small with the toilet across the bedroom from the bathroom. There was two balconies, the front having a lovely view of the sea but what was once a view of the hills from the rear was spoilt by a new hotel being built. Parking was free but limited. WiFi was good.
The sofa (sofa bed actually) was not comfortable. Basic minimal cooking facilities. You wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the apartment, but as a base in this very low-key, pleasant resort with good cycle tracks along the coast it was great. On our arrival reception was not around, even though we had informed them of our arrival time. There was a notice telling us when they would open (luckily only about 15 minutes)

Very good location overlooking the beach with easy parking. The appartment was clean and met all needs. It was not luxurious but friendly, clean and very good value for money

ONCE WQE STARTED WASHING UP AND USING SINK IN KITCHEN THERE WAS A BAD SMELL OF DRAINS.
SHOWER BEROKEN WHEN WE TOLD OWNERS THEY TOLD US THEY KNEW BUT NO OFFER TO REPLACE.
WE COULD USE IT BUT AN IMPORTANT UTILITY AS WE SHOWER MANY TIMES

Rooms are neat and tidy. Bathroom is clean, matrasses are clean. There is a kitchen, coffee machine. Furniture is good. The host is friendly. The thing I enjoyed the most was the picturesque view from the balcony, it's out of this world. A beach with a blue flag is close to the residence.
I felt the lack of a washing machine and an iron. If there were a little bit more decorative elements, it would be more cosy.

The location is great, in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The apartment is big. Depending on which room you get, you have a beautiful ocean view.
In Corona times you should not rely on your guests cleaning the dishes!! You need to act more responsible in these times!
The bed sheets smelled very bad. I doubt that they were cleaned before we arrived.
The price is ok. However, I would expect the trash to be carried out by the staff.
