Ein kleines Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross so das wir mit unseren zwei Kindern genügend Platz hatten.
Falls wir wieder einmal in Istanbul sind kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr sein können. Für diesen Preis aber absolut ok.

Super hotel ! Am fost foarte mulțumită de serviciile oferite , de la recepționeri pana la curățenie , serviciul de mic dejun foarte bun . Cafeaua turceasca foarte buna. Locatie excelenta. Cam la 5-10 minute de obiectivele importante din zona. Personalul hotelului cu care am interacționat este format dintr-o echipa de oameni foarte drăguți , deosebit de amabili și dedicați . Știu sa-și personalizeze relația cu clientul. Știu sa fie atenți . Bravo ! Am avut o experiența foarte plăcută pe toată durata șederii mele in hotel . Recomand cu încredere .

Everything. Location was the best, easy walking distance to all the main sights in the area and close to the tram for other sightseeing. Staff were incredible, all of them friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond to be helpful and kind to us and our children. We got to visit their private cistern too, which was a bonus. Our family room was nice and large, with comfortable beds, great airconditioning and lovely hot showers. We will stay there again on our next trip to Istanbul!

Ozgar the receptionist needs to
be friendly with resident.. We had an issue with the A/C and he changed our room to a way smaller one and didn't consider that we actually paid for different type of room.. shame

Comfortable rooms, lovely common area where we played cards and visited with our friends, perfect location ( walking distance to everything if you are a walker) and helpful, pleasant staff. We would all stay here again. The people were the best part.

Location was good, room was fine.
Breakfast was poor. I had an early morning flight and after my phone was stolen i asked for a wake up call. This didnt happen. Fortunately i woke up only a little late but found the guy in reception asleep.
Staff were generally unhelpful and unfriendly.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff,-Ugur ( sorry if misspelt! ) acompanied us around town several times..our room with terrace on the fourth floor was great with a sea view.
Quite high step into bath to take a shower small step was provided but was still high.

When your neighbour upstairs (or somewhere else around) takes a shower - you'll definitely know it and hear it.
Also, you have to use air conditioner in winter as there is no heating in the room (which is absolutely normal in Istanbul, just FYI).
One more thing: the breakfast is very good, but lacks a bit of more healthy food (simple oatmeal or similar porridge will do).
Otherwise the hotel is very god for its price, I recommend!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions. We stayed in a room with a large balcony. It was great fun to hang out in the morning and evening on the balcony overlooking the Bosphorus. Maybe the balcony could be cleaned better.

The rooms were beautiful and location very central.
Had to ask for room to be cleaned. If you arrive say 30 minutes before breakfast is served and something is up, they don't refill even if you ask. Think more attention should be given there.

Had nothing but a wonderful experience. Front desk was very friendly, rooms were a good size and the breakfast buffet was really good. The location of hotel was amazing, just a few minute walk to some of the top tourist spots in Istanbul( Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, etc)
