Fantastic location - right in the middle of the historic centre of Trapani. Lovely room. Clean and extremely quiet despite looking onto the main busy street.

The Sicilian palace is charming and is located on the main street. We were very happy to select it as a central point of our visits in the region: Favignana (the port is nearby), Erice, Segesta, Mozia, Marsala, Salinunte, ... Even more, is a quite clean and safe city. The beach along the wall is great and with clear and blue water.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant with a splendid terrace where you can enjoy the products they offer every day, such as fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and cappuccino.
There are many good restaurants around, with good food and local wines for a reasonable price. People are very kind and trustworthy.
Everything exceeded our expectations and we don't have any complain. It was the perfect B&B for our stay in Trapani.

The locution is Excellent! Just in the middle of everything you want as a tourist. The staff super friendly and professional. Very informative and accommodating. I’d definitely stay there again.

Ai Lumi is well located in Trapani town, handy to the port and restaurants. The accommodation is in one of the more historic buildings in the town and accessed by a number of stairs. It would not be suitable for a person with a disability. The room was large and comfortable, although slightly stuffy and showing its age. The breakfast was very good, and overall the accommodation is very good value. 
The room is on the 3rd floor and accessed by staircase (although a pulley basket is used to deliver the luggage, so you don’t need to carry it up the stairs!)

Requested 2 beds. Only 1 on arrival. Host insisted it was my mistake not his which wasn’t very helpful.

The place is beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect- one very beautiful beach was just a few minute walk away. The hosts, the staff were all very lovely and helpful! Would definitely recommend and definitely come again. Thank you for the wonderful stay and the chance to get to so many beautiful places by foot. 🤍

Location was very central. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and a beautiful building. The dinners were very tasty, beautifully served, and the staff was friendly. They served excellent olive oil and local wines.
We received a better/larger room for the same price because it was just vacant. We were very impressed with the environment.
The way to the second floor via the stairs is quite annoying with suitcases - but for a beautiful environment you need to make an effort.

too many corks: water pressure is very low and hot water sparse. it leaked when it rained (heavy rain) and the wifi did not work.

Very charming environment, well located on the main street of Trapani. Close to the port. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent.
There is a lot of noise at night. The window of the room is double glazing but even like that we can hear the noise from the bars in the street. Also important to know: there is no elevator (that didn’t bother us but it may be a problem for people with reduced mobility or young kids).

It was a very good location and close to everything that you could possibly need. The beach was 2 minutes away and there were atleast 3 tourist information corners to help with everything you needed.
It was sometimes a bit hard to communicate because the staff didn’t know that much English. However, they always tried their best to communicate as well as they could or find someone to help translate.

We had a great stay at Ai Lumi! The hotel was very communicative ahead of time and helped us figure out parking in the city, and check in was very smooth. The room was spacious and had nice touches, and we took advantage of the 15% discount in the attached restaurant where we had an excellent dinner and a great breakfast (included) before heading out the next day.

Beautiful old building in the very center of Trapani, in the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The room was quite lovely and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the amazing and critically acclaimed restaurant they have "Ai Lumi", we had dinner there too and it was wonderful, we got a discount for staying in their hotel. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.
Hot water can be quite unstable but we stayed in few other accommodations in Trapani and they all had the same situation. We managed to shower comfortably anyway.
