The room was clean, location is Ok and price was good.
The property is located on a busy road across from a large tennis club. It is very dangerous parking here as cars come around the corner very fast as you are backing out. Bring your earplugs!

I've stayed at several places in Ecuador over the past few years. I consider this hotel to be one of the best values I have found. The owner was attentive to my needs. All of the facilities were very clean. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The location was quiet but within walking distance of good restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, very nice staff and good continental breakfast. Very good value for the price.
Had to leave keys at the lobby everytime we left the hotel. Room could've used a small desk and chair. No elevator or restaurant.
