Fantastic staff, very attentive. Beautiful villa and perfectly maintained gardens and common areas. Walking distance to great restaurants.

The spa section needs a facelift; the amenities are mouldy and need replacing or deep cleaning. The rest of the property was perfect.

Everything was amazing including accomodation, food, customer service and genuinely friendly staff. The facilities were a absolutley beautiful, gardens, pool, architecture. Food, especially breakfast was best we have had at any accomodatiom in Bali. Excellent value for what they provide. From the manager to the other staff and even gardeners they were all genuinely interested in us as people amd wanted to make sure at every turn that we we happy amd could they do anything else for us. We will definitely be back to stay again and would recommend you treat yourself to as many days here as you can👌 we wish we booked for longer

Beautiful rice fields location. Lovely old-school Bali accommodation ie lots of space and timber, small basic bathroom. No modern plastic, vinyl, fluoro, lino, carpet etc. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Great views. Good breakfast choices.

This property needs some work. Air Cond didn't work first night. Ensured multiple staff were aware and we were assured it would be fixed. Wasn't fixed! No block out curtains. Very light. Timber on the pathways around the resort was rotting and boards loose. One of the big room floor boards was very loose - a hazard. Pool was OK but far too few lounges for the many guests wishing to relax alongside. Restaurant service was sooo.. slow.

traditional Balinese building with comfort. can hear the local temple and celebrations. over looking the rice fields. lots of beautiful greenery and water surrounding the property, a true Balinese experience. amazing value for money. slightly away from the hustle & bustle so very relaxing. lovely pool. would stay here again!

smaller hotel staff were very nice breakfast was awesome - plenty of food / choice free shuttle into Ubud main centre

Restaurant closed at 10, there aren’t any shops close by to get food / drinks from. no safe in room

We stayed in a very nice villa with private pool. We had amazing view over the rice fields. Everything was spotless, big villa, clean. They provided us with various types of fruits. Had a very nice massage and the food was delicious.

Toilet looked slightly old and stained.

Great location, short walk into the centre but out the way enough that it’s nice and quiet - close to shops and the art museum. The room was a lovely, airy space which was very clean, comfortable and had a balcony with great views. Staff were really friendly and attentive, the pool was lovely, and the restaurant was great. Thank you Bliss, we had a great stay!

Breakfast was good and loved that it was delivered to your room if you chose. Gardens and outlook from our room was beautiful, very peaceful.

Hand towels were not supplied unless asked for. Once we had used the teabags and coffee in our room they were not replenished unless we asked. No conditioner supplied and the soap and shampoo were not very nice. The pool was a bit on the cool side.

Place was exceptional especially the luxury villa .

The food menu could be a bit bigger but other than that I can't really fault it it's an amazing place

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa it was very private and quiet and very stylish with a pool outside the bedroom.

Only fault was the pillows were.a.bit hard but that was just me

For such a nice resort it needs some TLC in terms of towels and linen - my bedding has huge stains on them. The bath was not very clean and old and grubby and over all didn’t feel like the room was the cleanest. I was also very disappointed with the Spa - they provide “manicures and pedicures” but they are not very good and they can’t even remove gel nail polish :/ that just shocked me. Their towels at the spa also had huge holes in them and the toilet there was rather gross. Overall my experience was okay - but was definitely very disappointed
